The mould is amazing & I love how you decorated the pots. The metalic pens & the variety of colours made them really stand out with such a high end finish! Your news is fantastic & your generosity is wonderful. Mind is such an important charity & it's revenue has taken a massive hit in the pandemic. People have faced many problems in the last year especially in mental health. I think what you are doing is inspirational & many of us I'm sure are so proud of you. @@ClairesCraftyCorner great tip! Thank you. When and if I get my hands on some jesmonite, I will buy both kinds. I am not a pro at making candles, but I have tried it out and it’s pretty easy. I work a lot with resin and I am a soap maker. And like most crafters…many other things in between! Lol.

Hey lovely ... they can be pen pots, storage pots ... special trinket boxes or candle holders ... anything you would want xx Jesmobite is heatproof ... so people pour wax in them and make candles x

Watching you stir the jesmonite whilst adding the powder reminds me of " pat your head, rub your tummy!!" 😂

I measure how much water the mold takes then multiple by 1.75 that is the total you need 👍 hope it helps x

Thank you for going through trial and errors and sharing so we don't have to! Question: After curing, can we go back in and fill any holes with more jesmonite? In the case of lids where you didn't have enough, can we wait for it to cure and pop it back into the mold and add a different colour? Edit: loll I didn't see the last minute where you had the multicoloured ones. So I guess we can do that. But how do we do it properly to avoid sweat patches?

Heyyyy lovely... the sweat patches advice is mostly cautionary ... so just to be aware that it can happen xxx I haven't yet experienced that with these moulds ... but then I have always de moulded after 30 mins 40 at the very latest xxx I de mould just after their peak heat ... they get very hot (not too hot to touch) but as I feel them cooling I then de mould xx

the ones you fell sort on i would have used a contrast colour and said thats how i wanted them hahah

Hi Claire I love your videos so thank you and please keep them coming!! I use stonecast for making candle vessells and planters and wondered whether you are able to use jesmonite pigments in stonecast as pigment colours seem to be very limited.

Heyyyyy lovely ... thank you so much x that pen is a rare rare find on Amazon ... generally not available in the UK at all .... My friend shipped one over from New York ... but check Amazon for sure.. its called DECO COLOR Gold .. its oil based xx

These look so lovely I was just wondering if you ever add acrylic paint to colour your jesmonite, as I was watching a lady on KZread and she used acrylic paint to colour the jesmonite

I watched alll your videos on jesmonite. And i love it i just love itm you inspired me a lot. I just have one question Which pen are you using for highlighting? Which pen would be best so that the color doesn't get off or start chipping

Hi Claire. I’ve only just found you and am excited to learn about jesmonite as I’d never heard of it before. I have some Raysin 200 to try first, it’s a German product that I think might be similar and all I could find where I live. I saw your beginner’s guide video for jesmonite and I seem to remember you saying you could only use jesmonite colours but jn this video, you seem to be using resin pigments. Obviously these seem to work well. I’ve looked at Let’s Resin on Amazon and they have bottles rather the pastes that you have. Are the bottles okay? And are you an Essex Girl? So am I!

Heyyyyyyyy lovely ... ohhhh the pigments I used in this video were Jesmonite pigments from the Jesmonite range at Resin 8 .... sadly you cannot use resin pigments at all they just won't work at all ❤️❤️❤️ yes I have heard of Raysin 😍😍 pretty similar for sure and yesssss I live in Essex 🤣 originally from London moved here 7 years ago 😍😍😍😍 I use Homeware Design Co pigments now 😍😍😍

Hi there, im a new subscriber. I just want to say thank you for providing newbies like me with so much information on jesmonite. I do have a question, would you know if jesmonite is heat resistant? Could you use those pots as candle vessels, meaning pouring wax directly in the pots? Thanks.

Heyyyyy thank yooo xx i would say that would be perfect .. but ibdidnt use deep pour resin .. just Vista Cascade designed for max 2cm .. worked fine

@@ClairesCraftyCorner The rim on top part is too small also lid is heavier than bottom part. Or maybe it's because I use resin... I show this box in my Mistake analyzing video part 2.... also I dont dry some molds after washing and have suprise.... kzread.info/dash/bejne/falnybiKdqWtm9Y.html Life is full of this type surprises...
