I actually love when you make beef patties and oxtail. It shows how versatile you are. You can make anything. Thats crazy

It's funny how early today I ate a patty and it's from the jamaican restaurant in Jamaica called Tastee. They made the best patties. As a Jamaican myself currently living in Jamaica I will learn from the great chef Quang Tran on how to make my own Patty. Quang you should try those with cheese too. Cheese patty is good too.

Every time I go to Jamaica, I bring a big box of Tastees patties back with me.

He’s right if you’ve never had authentic Jamaican patties they look plain but man they are soooooo good there was this Jamaican food truck I used to go that sold them and they were the best!

I have to make this. I have been dying for a Jamaican beef patty for years and This recipe looks spot on the consistency of the meat exactly looks like the ones I had in Jamaica.

Don't think we don't notice the increase in video production quality, we do, and we love it!

Everything is great man each time u make it better and better. Only think ur dough is too wet so ur crust may not be as flaky
