Break it till you Make it. I love your motto. I've been living by your motto for years and didn't even know it.
Brilliant clear and concise videos. Løve them thanks. ☀️
Thank you. Very helpful tips 👍
Thank you good metal cutting & bending videos. I'm a novice who hates wasting materials. I have 2 old PC cases I want to covert to more modern with better air flow & some RGB Fan Bling 🐒
Love your vids! Thanks!
Subscribed 👍 Because of the great explanation
I have a hand powered nibbler that is very useful for something like this.
Thank you very much for this. I am making several outdoor sheet metal boxes for my paint and oil cans. With the pandemic I’m loosing a lot of space in my home and building stuff at the side of my house. At this time I’m thinking about making an outdoor tv box for an old tv. I was thinking about wood but the weight will be exponential so I decided of a combination of both. The stand with wheels to roll out of the way and a box for the tv. I’ll be using rivets and rivnuts. I’m in the process of learning the order of operations for the bends but would like to see if someone has thought about this? Thanks
Thanks. I would have never thought to use a chisel.
Does anyone know what size rectangular ducts are needed for a 420 square foot 3 room addition? It has a separate furnace, 24 foot straight run and six 6" side vents. I got 8" x 16" supply rectangular ducts but haven't installed them yet as I'm not sure if they aren't too big.
Is that weldable steel ? Looks like you cut that with ease with the sheets. Aluminum?
Metal punching is good for get good finish
Great video! Would you recommend using a Dremel with a cutting wheel?

I have spent over $100 on trying to make a flat 5x7 piture frame with the border being 5/8 in. all around. Using Dremel and cutting wheel. Cut about 10 and can't use any. I am pissed. Gotta keep buying sheet metal pieces too and more cutting wheels. Gotta try something else now. Any suggestions?
How thick is the metal? 1mm?
They do have metal working chisels which of coarse can be sharpened

Alternatively, a piece of rod could be sharpened. Tools don't have to be for the particular task, expensive or store bought to be successful. Thanks for the comment.

How much thickness of the sheetmetal in this video you cutted?Normally using the technique the video showed, how about the maximum thickness?
@cosador

The thickness is 0.55mm Zincalume sheet. It would be more difficult to cut anything much thicker by hand without creating deformations. Thanks for watching!
Trying to make quail feeders in the most ergonomic (less waste) fashion
Nibler is best for sheet metal cutting
Do you have a clever method for making double D holes? I can’t justify spending $$$ on a punch and filing is not fun at all…
wait a minute he told green is left and red is right but his shears are of yellow colour

I believe those to be the straight cutting type.
I have tried to cut a flat picture frame ou TV of weldable steel. Very thin...maybe 16th of an inch. Using Dremel and cutting wheels. So far 10 useless frames. Can't get perfect cuts. Th ed wheels wobble..and you can't get in the corners. I have spent over $100 on wheels and pieces of sheet metal. The borders are 5/8 " all 4 sides. HEELLPPP!!

😂 no one that cuts sheatmetal correctly uses the straight yellow cutter. Right left no yellow that's part of reason your cuts are bad..
