I love savory and original from Florida, so I would say grits and tofu scramble (eggs) with mushrooms bacon crumbles. Maybe topped with a little green onion and for those who like cheese grits, how about some savory cashew cheese sauce.

@@matmul4850 Same. I want quick and easy, not 30 ingredients that take two hours. My breakfasts are things like oatmeal, avocado toast, bagels/bagel sandwiches, crossaints with strawberry jam, hash browns, or a Beyond sandwich.

Your channel is one of the more underrated ones within the vegan space. No diet culture, just passion for cooking and sharing the love! ❤️

From my year spent working at a burrito bar: If you do the marination of the red onions with the lime juice for about 15 minutes before adding it to your guac it turns the guac a really bright almost mint green colour (we used to make up to 20kg of it fresh every morning). Also if you heat the tortilla first and roll it before it cools down then it makes it more stretchy so you can tightly fit in more filling 😊

lol same i LOVE unseasoned tofu hmm not extremely soft but just regular soft tofu is my favorite i could just eat that out of the package and it makes me happy that no one else likes so more for me

This was lovely, but I can’t imagine ever having the time to make this for breakfast. I made it for lunch on consecutive days (because there were so many leftover ingredients) and absolutely loved it. Thank you for putting this recipe out there.

We made these for dinner last night and they were AMAZING! The queso sauce is the best plant based queso sauce recipe I have tried. I could eat it by the spoonful! My husband is considering switching to PB lifestyle and this really helped win him over.

First of all I do love your parents. They make the best taste testers, no filter. Secondly my breakfast Routine thank you very much, that burrito looks amazing.

I love getting to watch her take the first bite of whatever new recipe of yours I've tried. I ordered your instant pot cookbook and it finally arrived this week! I started with your lentil-walnut gyros (my favorite food pre-veganism that I haven't had since - over 5 years!). They are to die for. Girl you have no idea how this video changed my life. I tried it once and fell sooo in love with it. I swear since then i make them almost EVERYDAY. I just leave out the Pico de gallo because i am personally not a big fan BUT the burritos are still so incredible and fit my taste perfectly. I once made them when my boyfriend and I (he loves them too btw) had friends over. The one friend did the first bite looked at me and said „this is literally the best burrito I have ever eaten in my life“ he also told me the restaurant he wanted to take us later that day could not even try to make food so delicious like this. Also the tofu scramble is so perfect. I searched for a good recipe for so long and this is just… its just perfect. Thank you for your incredible work and making my life so delicious ❤️

Yes, definitely - all the individual components are quick and easy and you can customize them, add them to different meals :) The tofu scramble is really great on flatbread or toast with avocado and hot sauce!

It took me 2 hours to make it, but it's totally worth it. Best vegan burrito I've ever tried. Thank you for the recipe!!!
