Hi, it took me a long time to understand what rasoi meant! I believe "kitchen". Just a curiosity, in italian, rasoi means razors, as in shaving rasors.😆 Good recipe, would you try making a bubbles chocolate like aero or cadbury's Whispa? It's very difficult I think. Thank you for your brilliant videos!

@@subhabaskaran1849 Make the center and roll it into a ball the same way as using the mould but then you just dip it in chocolate with the toothpick instead of putting it inside the extra half circles and sealing it up. They look lovely in the extra mould, but faster to just dip?

I loved this recipe very much but I prefer the second version without mould because it's much easier for us to make them, I'll dip them into the melted chocolate twice in order the shells to look a bit thicker than the others with the one dip. Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If we don't have ready made milk chocolate like you guys get from bakeries in big cities, what can I use. I have cocoa powder and cocoa butter.
