Is there a reason you use a carbide cutter to take off the oxidation instead of a rubber polishing disc?

Hi there I have tried to print out some caps that I have made multiple times but I can’t seem to get the measurements right and it won’t fit on the original mould any help ?

the gum line was not shaved or changed.

I purchased a scan, but does it work with ExoCAD?

So im confused, what did the scanner even do for the grill? Iv made grills before and this seems extra complicated lol

it made the wax part. not very helpful in a simple job like thag but you can do some cool designs with it that would be hard asf if not impossible without it

I let it cool down without water. This way the metal structure can slowly find itself✌🏻

It's a dental caliper. You can use it to check the thickness of the metal✌🏻
