Ingredients:
Garlic Cilantro sauce
2 Tbsp Mayo
2 Tbsp Sour Cream
Dash of 🧂
Cilantro
2 Garlic cloves
Lime zest and squeeze
1 tsp Avocado oil
What’s good fam? I'm going to show you how to make a Killer Cilantro Sauce in minutes.
It's an amazing condiment that goes with almost anything. Let's go.
Steps:
First we are going to add 2 Tbsp of mayo and sour cream in a small bowl or ramekin.
Then sprinkle in salt to taste.
Now finely chop up and add in the cilantro.
Next use a garlic press or chop your two cloves.
Add lime juice from half the lime and the lime zest.
Finally add 1 tsp of avocado oil and mix.
Bam! That’s it...Killer Garlic Cilantro Sauce.

Thank you for sharing. This recipe looks good. Yes, I'm trying to find some Pollo Tropical recipes because the ones close to us in Houston, Texas, have closed. But, I sure do wish someone would find all Pollo Tropical recipes and sell them in a booklet. I'd pay for it. Honestly, it takes long time to go out and find all of them.
