Lamb is delicious! When cooked properly and seasoned correctly. If you've never had it, I would try it this way, or broiled in the oven on HIGH; to ensure the "gamey" flavor is very light. Ignore them other cooks that cook it rare or medium rare, it does not taste like beef. Serve it with a nice Spring vegetable like asparagus, and maybe a nice wild rice mix. It's definitely the Season for lamb.

Lamb Chops are delicious if you really know how to fix them. As a Hebrew Israelite we have Lamb on the Passover that's coming up real soon . Ground Lamb burgers are good. I am going to try his ingredients this time for Passover lamb.

In the house and out in Chicago. Lamb ribs, lamb burgers, lamb kabobs, lamb sausage 😅 I love and appreciate it all now

I bet that's good on the grill! I've always had them cooked HIGH and fast in the oven broiler...so good! Served with asparagus and a long grain wild rice. Perfect light Easter season meal!
