I love watching you make and decorate the cakes. There is just something so soothing about the way you mix and prepare the ingredients, and decorate the cakes. So much work and love go into each one. If I got one, I'd have to take a picture before cutting into it and eating it, because it's so beautiful.

Damn I am from Korea living in Aus. I agree your comments haha Boon is Extra ordinary tho. But yes I love how cakes in Korea has fruit for decoration and put between layers with creams. It just tastes so much better than butter cream or cream cheese cakes.

WOW. This cake will make anyone take triple takes in looking at it. It’s so delightful. And the style of the swirls from the whipped cream you chose to add on the top of cake, was also phenomenally delightful & goes perfect for this squared cake. I’ve never seen something like this! Love it!

I would like to learn to make this for my elderly mother who truly loves flowers and is a fantastic cook. She suffers from the early stages of dementia now and cannot bake like she once did. But she would still love to see such a beautiful creation. I will try!
