Couldn't have said that better myself this guy is much better than my manager when I first started working at DD it was so busy my manager didn't even show me nothing !!? Orientation!!! Nothing! I basically had to use my own brain, keep making these videos, really thankful for them! Don't stop making them videos!

Thanks for posting this! This video is a bit older.. so I'm not sure if Dunkin' Donuts had the option to add several flavor shots into your frozen hot chocolate. Me personally.. I will always add French vanilla when I get frozen hot chocolate. The amount just kind of depends on how big the cup is and what I am in the mood for. Anyway.. I'm assuming that just like you added the mocha in the beginning.. that's also how you would add the French vanilla correct? Would it be near the beginning like the mocha? Or do you guys do it at the end and stir it in? Just curious! Thanks again for posting!

Oh my gosh! You are absolutely right.. they mess it up a lot! Personally.. I don't like the taste of coffee and several times.. I have been given frozen coffee instead of hot chocolate. So annoying!

Its your Boii Naz lol they barely train. I’m on my 3rd day today and all I was trained for was iced and hot coffe. I don’t know anything else like the coolatas , frozen hc or macchiatos. I already have very bad memory and it’s hard when my coworkers ask me to make these difficult ass drinks. Not to mention the crowd is always full and I have social anxiety so yelling out loud in front of a crowd is hard as heck 🙄😭😭🥺

For our shop, it's regular hot coffee and regular iced coffee.

Thank you! i appreciate you taking the time to make these videos. i am also new at dunkin and I picked up almost all of the drinks but this one I always forget to put the mocha in lol. like you said I would like to perfect everything to be swift and also to be well off with the manager as well. I am just working at dunkin until I finish school and it had great hours available. i am currently going for Occupational Therapy. If you don't mind me asking what brought you to dunkin as well? Also do you have any tips for dealing with the language barrier as well as with difficult co workers?? A majority of my store is Spanish and sometimes we have a hard time communicating to each other

It is idk what he's doing, but at work we do the powder then mocha then milk with the mocha drizzle on the cup. It's unless they wanna something specific like whip cream or cream or maybe even some swirls in there it's when you do something different.
