So there always has to be one dumb question..Because I know making artichokes regular way the skin are very tough and you just eat the front part of the meat.. Are you eating the whole thing and what's the texture like are they crunchy enough that you eat it all or you just eating portions of it.. Hopefully for us ignorant people you can consider letting us know..Thank you and God Bless
