That’s a good one.

French toast is a mixture, not a batter which is different from pancakes/waffles/crepes. They all require eggs,milk yes but the pancakes/waffles and crepes require flour, french toast doesn't cause the bread is already made. Now if you make the bread from scratch then its part of the family it requires flour. So technically nessa and roni are both right.

Yeah but not everyone makes homemade bread. So one could nessa is right in this situation. It really can be one or the other.

All breakfast food but pancakes and waffles can technically be made fron a flour based box batter french toast is egg based dip or dredge like fried chicken. I agree with Nessa

someone tell me the difference between crepes and pancakes, because crêpes is just french for pancakes also fun fact, in belgium we call french toast "verloren brood" which means lost bread, and in france it's pain perdu (which also translates to lost bread)

I definitely agree with roni, to me French toast is way better, in my opinion. Also taste good when you don’t add sugar cinnamon & vanilla extract. Thanks a lot guys, now I really want French toast haha 😆 also I’ve never tried it with cinnamon/sugar/vanilla extract, definitely made my mouth water lols, definitely gonna try this recipe, thank you 😊
