Roniiii the double boiler method for melting chocolate is super easy! Just boil water in one pot, and put another pot with the chocolate in it directly on top of that. That way the chocolate melts slowly by the steam underneath and it’s really controlled. It also lets you keep it warm without burning it while you’re doing other things

Why let the fears of someone who they assumed is gone let them contemplate whether or not to change the name of the house. He was evil of course. But it’s like saying because hitler was bad therefore all Germans are bad. Time changes, and the author showed that through snape and how good of a person he actually is even if he is a Slytherin. Also if Roni ever happens to read this best way to warm up chocolate and there is never an issue with its consistency or it accidentally getting burnt. Boil water on the stove, put a glass bowl over it and dump the chocolate in it and stir. There’s never a mishap with it as long as you don’t go touching the bowl or pot with your bare hands, and the chocolate consistency always turns out great. I luv you guys so much 💜💜
