HOW TO MAKE FLAXSEED HAIR GEL

Фильм және анимация

Here are the recipe and instructions!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Flaxseed..duh! : amzn.to/2F37J8V
Kitchen Strainer : amzn.to/2K6hwiw
Stockings : amzn.to/2HPiYF7
Access to a pot, stove, and water!
Essential Oils: amzn.to/2HPZ8tp
Applicator Bottle: amzn.to/2K0dVSR
Air tight jars: amzn.to/2HPkqYb
This should take like 30-45 minutes to do and like 15 minutes cleanup...but throw on some Destiny's Child and it'll feel like 5 minutes tops.
Step 1: Pour Flaxseeds and Water together into a pot. For measurement purposes 1 cup : 1 tablespoon of flaxseed generally makes enough for a wash and go on short-medium natural hair.
Step 2: On medium heat, bring the mix to a boil.
Step 3: Twerk cuz it's on and poppin.
Step 4: Stir periodically for 5-7 minutes after the water begins to boil. Make sure your flaxseeds don't stick to the walls of the pot. Don't let those little suckers fool you...they are strawng.
Step 4: As the water begins to get T H I C turn the stove off.
Step 5. Whip out that kitchen strainer and bowl/jar and proceed to pour the contents of the pot through the strainer into the bowl/jar.
Step 6: Pat your weave, ladies and gents! You got yourselves a nice helping of fresh flaxseed gel.
Step 6.5 (optional) Do a second straining through the stocking to remove any small flaxseed debris. BUT WAIT UNTIL IT COOLS OFF BEFORE HANDLING THIS! Boiling water is boiling water. Unless you want raw hands by the end of this, you should probably chill out.
Step 7: After pushing the gel through the stocking, place it inside your favorite jar/container/applicator bottle. Feel free to add essential oils like pepperment, lavender etc. (this actually helps a bit with preservation and adds a little spice to the smell!)
Step 8: USE AND TWERK AND USE AND TWERK AND USE AND TWERK AND STORE IN A REFRIGERATOR AND USE AND TWERK
Love u guys and hope y'all enjoyed the process of making your gel...and the fact that your saving so much coin!
xoxo

To add to your relatable shower moment, I will also have a slight Psycho panic thinking that someone might be in the bathroom. Maybe one of my kids, maybe a murderer. Never has happened, but the fear is always there when I have soap on my face.

See, I hate showering at night, oddly, because of the fear of opening my eyes while washing my hair and someone will be in there with me, lol. Only at night, I'm fine during the day. The bathroom is on the second floor of the townhouse I live in and if I'm still, I can hear anyone climbing the creaky stairs. This said, if someone did want to do me in, I'd be screwed because though the bathroom has a window, there's nothing below it to climb on to, assuming my fat ass could hoist myself up to the shoulder-high window in the first place. So yeah, night time showers equal mini existential crises.

If you add lavender essential oil (anti microbial) it can help extend the life, as can vitamin e (natural preservative). Obviously not as long as other preservatives, but apparently, pretty helpful.

Evan, when u wash your hair, either white or apple cider vinegar and/ or baking soda will end your flaky scalp problem. U can use one or the other. The 1st time u use it should end ur problem, especially with vinegar. You can use it for cradle cap on babies too. ..... Marsha.

My hair responds very well to flaxseed but I have been too lazy to make my own gel . Now I'm motivated after my boy Will made it look so easy ! Will your curls would've probably popped more if you put the gel in when your hair was dripping wet right after the shower . My hair is similar to yours and if I don't put product in when my hair is dripping wet - it's just a hot mess - not even close to the results you got
