It would be much easier to cut the noodles up after boiling them in the water and strain in the colandar. he forgot to mention adding rose water at the end.

What would be the substitute for rose water? Or, is there a way to make it at home?

Bojana Kocijan you cannot make the rose water at home as it is a hard process to do. better to find it in a grocery store

Rosewater is the traditional way of making Faloodeh. However, you can try Orange Blossom instead.

I am sorry but that's not Faloodeh, I dont know why you used Chinese rice noodle instead of starch.

Rowsh keyboard Hero: That is the type of noodles used in Iran which is made from starch! But it’s very difficult to make the “Reshteh”/rice noodles from scratch. So, this is exactly how we make Faloodeh with rose water added, of course. Great job, Henry joon; merci azizam! 🤗
