For me to live my best life, i need that marmalade recipe. Without knowing what i was doing late last year i collected a pot full of mulberries and made mulberry jam with water, a bit of sugar, salt to taste and fresh lemon juice, and gelatine and it was the best thing ever. Now the regular store bought jams have been ruined for me…

I was always worried about killing the yeast too. Thank you for showing me that yeast can handle a little bit of salt
I was looking for some Typical English desserts for doing on my own and I saw your video. I love the way you do your videos; you explain everything very good and you are also so funny. I love confectionery and I wanted to start with an easy and traditional dessert. It is amazing how do you knead the mix, you do it perfect!! I use to have problems with this part, what advice would you give me? I have always cut muffins with a knife; I didn’t know you could cut it with a fork!! I have a problem with your recipe, I don’t like orange marmalade, so I was thinking about using tomato marmalade, what do you thing about that?

Yeah, sure you can! Put anything you like. The kneading shaping part comes with a bit of practice and also don't try too hard.
