@@EasyCookingWithShubhiMishra hello ji namaskar .should we not preheat the pan prior to cake flour mixing procedure. U seem to do it at last . Can we keep the batter like that after putting soda or bkg PWD .pls reply

For those of you who want to bake it in an oven/otg: I preheated my OTG for 12-15 mins at 180°C. And baked the cake for 35-40 mins at 180°C with lower heating mode.

I tried this cake . It turns out amazing. Good to put two drops of vanilla essence for enhanced flavour. I didn't put ginger. Instead I had put cardamom powder.
