Nice, really nice. Its really hard to find a tweeter and woofer speaker setup nowadays. Back in the late 90s, we had a Sony MHC-GR8000 stereo, twin wooferes and 3.tweeters. All we have now is bluetooth, But hey, great idea buddy. Surely gonna try to make my own now

@Sahil-Singh. If you know someone that really knows car audio, they can guide you to a set of budget friendly speakers. Here in the United States, it's easy to find reasonably priced Pioneer or Alpine speakers that would sound so much better than the Sony you're looking at.

How is it a perfectly square? Its a rectangle. If you had sanded the inside of the cutting, edge, It would have looked nice and eradicate unwanted vibration too. Also you should have used some acoustics to cut the backwave from the speaker.

You can buy it here : bit.ly/3Rn3tIT, however you don't actually need it, because usually crossover network build by analyzing the speaker parameter. there is cheap option available, if you can tell me, which tweeter are you using and its impedance then i can guide you.

Those HiVi B4N woofers have a really nasty breakup mode around 4Khz that has to be dealt with and needs a tweeter like the one used in the Overnight Sensation speaker that is very similar to your design except your tweeter can't be crossed over below around 5-6khz. You completely skip over the crossover you used as well.
