How to Make Delicious Rabdi at Home - The Perfect Dessert for Any Occasion!"
Ingredients:
1 litre full-fat milk
2 tbsp cup sugar
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
A few strands of saffron (optional)
Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, and cashews) for garnis
Instructions:
In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil over medium heat.
Once the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally.
When the milk reduces to half its quantity, add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron (if using).
Keep stirring the milk to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Continue to simmer the milk until it thickens to a rabri consistency. This can take around 1-2 hours.
Once the rabri reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat and let it cool down to room temperature
