*All-purpose flour 110 g,baking powder 3g fits .

2 eggs at room temperature, vanilla extract
Room temperature butter 110g
80 g of sugar
All-purpose flour 110g, Baking Powder 3g
Lemon pickled (lemon flesh 20g + sugar 20g
For decoration
Lemon Glaze: Sugar Powder 50g + Lemon Juice 10g
pistachio

Is it 110 or 140 grams the flour? I want to make this. And do u bake this 7 minutes on 160 and after that 35 minutes on 180? Thx

I have made this recipe 3 times and it is exactly like the texture above. The lemon taste wasn’t as strong so I added more and yes, it still looks the same 🩷 thank you so much for this recipe. This has been my go to lemon cake recipe whenever I have extra lemon lying around.
I just tried making this yesterday and it was sooooooo fluffy!!! The mixing was tedious but very needed for that light and fluffy texture! It makes a small batch so next time I would double this recipe. Thank you for sharing this recipe! 💛🍋

bardzo smaczny przepis, ciasto puszyste i ma cytrynowy bogaty smak. Nie miałam pikli cytrynowych ( u nas nie w zwyczaju marynowania cytryn) więc wyfiletowałam cytrynę i dodałam cukier i wszystko zagotowałam na patelni, ostudzone dodałam do ciasta. Wyszło super.

I tried this recipe few days ago, it was so delicious and nice form of pound cake. Note from me: 1. Yes, you can make lemon pickled just using those lemon flesh and sugar as what written on the recipe. I make them few hours before or just let it sit until most of sugar dissolve. 2. I reduce sugar to 40 grams only (because we already put sugar in lemon pickled and also we use sugar glaze) and it turn so good and not too sweet. Thank you Mommy Oven 🙏🏻

I usually don't comment but this recipe is delicious! It's so airy and moist and the lemon flavor is very subtle and soft. The glaze is balanced not very sour nor sweet. Thank you for the great recipe!

I tried this recipe and it tastes soooo good! It’s light and airy but still very rich. I didn’t have lemon pickles so I used 1/6 cup of lemon juice and around 2 tbsp of lemon jest instead. A pinch of salt would also enhance the flavor. Thanks for the amazing recipe!

@@nilcemendes5527 também fiquei na dúvida nesse ingrediente. Eu descasquei o limão e piquei a polpa sem as partes fibrosas e branca bem picadinho. Fica com um pouco de caldo. Pesei 20g desse limão picado mais 20g de açúcar. Deu certo todas as vezes que fiz. Faz sim se possível com limão siciliano fica maravilhoso.

I agree eg one cup = 250ml. 5ml = 1 tsp (not all cups and spoons are the same size obviously

Excelente y sencilla receta, lo prepare ayer y quedó exquisito, me encanta lo esponjoso y suave si uno sigue al pie de la letra el procedimiento queda perfecta, yo le agregue una pizca de sal para resaltar el sabor y rayadura de Limón a la mezcla y le coloque almendras molidas, por encima en vez del glaseado.. Pero quedó estupendo , además los ingredientes son pocos y las cantidades de los ingredientes son menores, en comparación con otro Poundcake que yo había, preparado antes... Felicidades agradecida con esta, linda receta, espero que la preparen, no quedarán defraudados..

This is the fluffiest cake I’ve ever made! It’s so delicious. I added some lemon zest too because I tried the bater and felt like I wanted a little stronger taste. My butter, sugar and eggs mixture curdled but I added a little flour while beating and it fixed the problem. Then I added the rest. I had to use a round pan so I don’t know if that changes the result but the knife trick didn’t work for me. Thank you for the recipe! 😘

Zur Kontrolle ob der Kuchen gar ist, nimmt man ein Holzstäbchen (Schaschlik Spieß). Ist der Kuchen gar, bleib der Teig nicht mehr am Spieß hängen!😊👍

Mine did not rise. I used the 110 flour and 3 g of powder. How much did you use. Did you let it sit for a while before you put it in the oven?

Hi. How did you bake?Baking instructions aren't clear. Bake 338-356 for 7-10 minutes then turn temp down to 302-302 for 30-35 minutes? Thank you.
