This is German potatoe salad. I know this recipe is so good I make it like this all the time when I make it. The only thing I do differently is I put both lemon and redwine vinegar in mine

Hi Gina and family! Let me tell you, this is the Best Potato salad! Unfortunately, this time, I didn't have fresh lemons this time, but I did a variation of this with bottled lemon juice. It was still delicious, just not GY style. Cheers, and hope you enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend.

I noticed you didn't put onions in it and I'm not sure if it would go good with the lemon but I wanted to know if I could put onions in it or would it throw off the flavor of it being that it's not your traditional Southern potato salad? I'm definitely going to try your recipe but I was just curious about the onions because I love onions in potato salad
