It can be Black tea , green tea or even white tea which all together falls in the category of darjeeling tea. Darjeeling tea is a tea made from Camellia sinensis var. sinensis that is grown and processed in the Darjeeling or Kalimpong Districts in West Bengal

Your tea will be dull to drink as distilled water is very flat to taste...better to use filtered water for making any kinda tea

Wrong brew process,,, don't add tea leaf in boiled water n don't stir,,, boiled water poured into a teapot when it's temperature between 90°-95° n brew for 3/4 min n then stir n pour into a cup to enjoy the perfect flavor of Darjeeling tea 😊🌿,, plz don't give wrong information

Hmm..First of all I would request you to see the whole video properly.After the water started boiling I have waited for 30 seconds for the temperature to come down a little and then added the tea leaves.Secondly the brewing process with a tea pot is different and has nothing to do with the process I have shown here..when brewing in a teapot the water and tea leaves are immediately poured in the teapot and then brewed and served...Making flavorful Darjeeling tea is no such big science, if you use good quality tea leaves and don't make the process a nightmare.😊

@@CR-yq4sb Ahh ok. Firstly tea plants get there aroma flavours and taste from the soil and altitude. Higher the altitude more floral. Lower down the valleys they will develop rooty earthy musky flavour and aroma. Secondly brewing without milk is considered to be best with first flush leaves. Second flushes are good for milk teas. CTCs should be discarded entirely. Finally when brewing never use any metal utensils that will alter the taste. The temparature of the water should be exactly below 120°c but more than 100°c at the time of putting the leaves and it should brew for 3-5 mins at 90°c. That's how you get a perfect cup of tea. ✨

@@CR-yq4sb good good you must have got it from around rohini gardens. They are the best and major producer around Kurseong. Enjoy. One small thing use 1 teaspoon tea for 1 cup water and use sugar max 1 1/2 teaspoon better reduce sugar as low as possible. Tell me about your feelings. Try mecha tea majuli tea and makaibari and gopaldhara also. ✨
