@@layefaokunwei1577 either would work. The powder would need to be mixed with water first to create a gel, then can add the other ingredients. It should take about 24 hours for full absorption of the powder into the water. The gel form is already made, so you can just add the other ingredients!

Hi, I made it too but mine does pill sometimes. I don’t understand what went wrong. Have you experienced the same. The only difference was I used hyaluronic powder and reconstituted it myself. Kindly let me know.

This definitely sounds like an excellent daytime serum to use prior to makeup or sunblock. Many night-time serums will include ingredients that can cause UV sensitivity, like retinoids and various acids that help to both promote cell turnover, but also loosen dead skin cells to ease their removal when you cleanse your skin in the morning. So a daytime serum that can provide extensive moisture throughout the day is a fantastic solution, and I actually understand all of the ingredients and what their basic roles are in this (though some of them are playing double-duty or even triple-duty as both emulsifiers, shear thickeners, and humectant like the xanthan gum is).
