Yes of course, they still work
Sorry to ask but is there a way to make the color more solid when you print? Like with the red in the video less clear or with no clear gap thingo?? Is it with the printing?

hmmm could printing Color corecting Decals would be good? cuz ive heard the color correcting Stickers were bad so would decals work

Yes why not? Just scan the stickers and remove unnecessary part on editing software

so to confirm, you can't do this with regular printer ink? it needs to be dye based ink?

CMIIW... regular printer has dye based ink 😁, you can do it also with other type ink as I said in the video. Just make sure the paper decal compatible with the ink
What did you use as the topcoat you mentioned?

I usually use lacquer base top coat. And I use our local topcoat from rattle can (I decant it first)
if you had a laser printer, would you still need to add the top coat to protect it from water?

Yes you did, you need it to bond the ink together

Yes you can, scan the sticker, same editing, and print lol

I prefer glossy, 'cos it will make the decal more flexible
You can definitely improve your pronunciation. The "accent" seems forced too.
