Amen to whoever taught you patience. I quit while trying to seperate the embroidery thread. 😂

If separating embroidery floss is too much for your patience then I hope you never encounter something really difficult. BTW, never, ever get necklaces with fine golden chains and allow them to be placed on a flat surface and jostled. The resultant knot in that fine chain will make your brain explode.
Your "oh my gulay" patch was beautifully done!

God this is such a detailed video half the tutorials I watch for sewing are either vague, poorly shot or detailed but very dragged out. A joy thank you!
Wow.....for hand embroidery, I am in awe and to see you create lettering manually on the sewing machine was incredible. I have only just delved into the wonderful wide world of digitising designs and am looking at creating custom badges. Thanks for your inspirational video.

Wooow this is amazing!!! You're so talented!!
I do that too!!!...Misspell the simplest words, when I'm in the creative zone. Oh, cool you're thinking about painting the back of the jacket, like people did in the 80's, I've done one a few years ago, it was of a wolf, very southwestern navajo inspired. Anyways, crossing fingers for that patch. (:

I read "Oh my gulay" and thought "PINOY!!!" 😂 really like your channel and your tutorials. Hopefully I'll be able to learn embroidery soon
Your voice is weirdly calming (well not weird, but you get what im saying)
I've probably already watched 30+ videos for learning embroidery and I'm dead serious, your video is my new favorite out of all of them. I enjoyed your tips and ideas but my favorite part was the fact that you weren't afraid to show your mistakes and be totally authentic about everything. I have dyslexia and I still struggle with things but MOST OF ALL my spelling. It's probably one of my biggest insecurities about myself to this day. And seeing you misspell something and just casually laugh it off, it made me feel a little better about my spelling struggles lol Thank you for an awesome diy I'm now subscribed too 🌟✌️💕
I really love the final result, it looks so professional and perfect! Thank you for this tutorial, that's what I was looking for so finally I can make my own patches :)
Your DIYs are probably the only ones that make me want to go out and try them. I'm definietly going to try this.
I come back to this tutorial often for nostalgia. Thank you so much for getting me into art and embroidery in my early teen years. I’m 24 now and am starting an art print and embroidery business, largely in part because of watching the beauty you’ve created and continue to create on your channel. You’ve raised the artist in me ❤
OMG! Thankssss a lot for uploading this tutorial, I have been searching for months how to make patches and today I was like "Maybe if I search again in KZread, I'll be able to find how to make patches", and I was completely amazed when I saw your video on my sub feed sooo thanks a bunch I'll definitely try this out Chezlin

I love this tutorial I need to get my hands on my sewing machine! I don't know much but I have learn from mistakes!
i love how clear your instructions are for your tutorials.
I really like your style of tutorials. You give very clear instructions, you don't shout and act crazy....just calm cool and collected! Nice and easy to listen and follow with.

Wow! These are sooo cool! You're really talented
Filipino ka? Love your "oh my gulay" patch :)
I embroider my own patches and I loved watching your tutorial, I've never used charcoal or transfer paper in my process though, that's pretty neat! I love this video :)
I really like how you show the needle going through the floss so that it doesn’t slip when you’re using it that was such a good tip and I have watched so many Crosstitch and embroidery videos but that has to be a number one tip!!
Love all your patches! Now I want a Jean jacket for patches :^)

This looks so good!?!? I didn't think it was possible to home make such a cute patch!
Love the tip to stich through the folded over thread to prevent the tail slipping out of the needle - so useful. I have read many sewing books, magazines, tutorials etc and never come across this tip before. I will definitely be passing this tip on. I'm certain any adult I tell will find it as deliciously simple but ingenious as myself, and children can benefit for their whole lifetimes! Whoop whoop! (Learning that tip has pleased me more than the overall video, and that was well presented too.)
I love your tutorial, it's so cute

Thank you go this. This video is one of the most informational videos on making patches. Most of the other ones didn't tell me how to thread the thread or even tell what type of fabric you should use. They didnt explain stitches very well either.

I got the heat and bond from my local craft store (Michaels) but I'm not sure where you could find it in the Philippines. You don't have to use heat and bond though. I did heat and bond AND sewed it on, but that was a bit overkill. You could just sew it on. :) Also, I'm not from the Philippines, but my mom is!

Did anyone else want to make a river dale south side serpent patch to put on a leather jacket
Love this idea and I will definitely try this. I have so many denim jackets that I was just going to throw away but this is a really good way to up cycle them.
the iron you use is so cute! And thank you for your tutorial! it's so helpful especially since you're using a normal sewing machine and footer which is what i want to use!
I love how you kept all of your mistakes included in the video so that we could learn from them. This was a really informative video! Subscribed fo life
Awesome DIY! The time consumption seems so worth it and the video was really reliable/ informative.
this video was the motivation that i needed to learn embroidery- this video was done so well
This makes want to try embroidery! And I LOVE that "Oh my gulay" design! lol 😍
Love the look of the hand embroidered patches! I wish I had the patience for it :P

thanks a lot for this great video. I've tried to find a tutorial for hand made iron patch and I haven't found anything as clearly explained as your video. Also, You are very talented !!!
this Completely exceeded any expectation I could've imagined holy crap these patches came out perfect!
I actually have an embroidery machine to create my patches. However, your video gave me some excellent solutions on how to "finish" the back of the embroidered patch in order to lock in the thread on the back. Thank you. I gave this video a "like" and I have subscribed.
I never knew it was this easy! This was an awesome tutorial.
I’m obsessed with this project! I can see So many designs I’d like to try! 😊Thanks for sharing your progress! 👏🏾

I hadn't thought about hand embroidery patch. Great tutorial.
Thanks for this tutorial it helped me a lot. I think I'm now more confident to start embroidery.❤

Haha, right? I remember when my professor showed us how to do that and I was blown away. It's such a helpful technique!
I have been for a patch tutorial like yours. Many thanks.
Thank you! Best tutorial I’ve seen yet! So helpful
Great job of nailing strictly the relevant parts of process, in particular, the hand-embroidered patches how-to's! Seriously, I LOVE it, it's so zen, however, much to my chagrin, there is very little in the way of actual HELPFUL videos on the topic! Most either gloss over it so briefly, with a dismissive "if you want to learn how there's a bunch of videos" YA- that's why I'm there! The other end of the spectrum is some yawner delving into a thesis on the virtues of the manufacturing process of coated over uncoated blah blah. With yours, in no time I was (stabbing my fingertips) embroiding the siht out of the danm patches! Thanks again.
Really nice stitching you're aligning is like spot on and really cool patches as well 💪🏾
These look SO GOOD! I can't wait to try. I got a darning foot for my Singer for $25, but it def takes a lot of practice to get clean lines with it.
