How to make Crispy Fried Banana !
Crispy Fried Banana
Ingredients
150g self raising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. Wheaten cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
220ml Cold water
500g Banana
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients except banana and mix them well. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
2. Cut the banana into thin sliced pieces or according to your preference. \
3. Dip the Banana slices into the mixture before frying.
4. Fry on medium high heat until cooked.
5. Your dish is ready to be served !

    @@yeochoonlian1956 probably a firm cooking banana like a plantain. Avoid soft ripe Cavendish varieties.

    This looks so good and amazing!! Sometimes if I want to get a little bit messy I would mix only cornstarch and water together then dip the cutted bananas in, still so delicious!!

    In India, there's more than half a dozen types of banana. The regular banana you find here in US is called Robusta or at least similar to robusta in India.

    It could be a Lady Finger Banana. Found in Asian & Latino markets here throughout Southern California. Their ivory to canary-colored flesh is far darker than the common Cavendish banana that I grew up with. I much prefer the Lady Finger’s flavor as well.
