- 200g of rice
- 360g of prawns (shrimp)
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Ground pepper, paprika, cumin and salt to taste
