I made your recipe tonight and it came out great! I had to use a glass baking dish and it worked great! Nice and round and smooth. Never knew it was so easy to make. So delicious 🤤 Thank you for sharing.

She really is.. I have learned so much from her, too bad I am plagued by laziness and procrastination so I don't cook much anymore.

I have failed repeatedly at tortilla making. Until tonight. I was determined to make street size tortillas for quesedillas. I made these and they were perfect. So much better than store brands. And so easy! I was happy to have found a nice tortilla press from a local Hispanic store. I made extra so I can use them for a quick lunch/snacks also.

I love it! Do not forget picaditas also known as sopes. I always loved the basic ones with just a little manteca (lard) with salsa and cotija cheese. Even thou you could go with queso fresco, crema, or jocoque.
