The coconut condensed milk is delicious. Thanks for including a dairy free option.
Skip the condensed milk because it will overwhelm the taste and will cancel the vanilla flavor so if you can use sugar or alternative sweetener, I say this from experience. I use to buy the Nestlé Natural Bliss Vanilla creamer but they changed the formula for some reason or another. I don’t use or buy Nestlé creamer anymore since that change.

Probably just add pumpkin spice to the creamer. Same base. Either the sweetened condensed milk or the coconut sweetened condensed milk to your milk. Then there's also apple pie spice that might be good.

How do you use it, how long does it last in the fridge
I don't like my coffee sweet so I use evaporate milk... but just ANY evaporated milk. Some evaporated milks have carrageenan in them. I have found 2 that do not and so I buy Great Value evaporated milk from Walmart or the 365 brand from Amazon. I usually buy Great Value from Walmart because it's FAR cheaper, about 3 times cheaper than 365 brand. So if any of you like cream but not sugar, you can use evaporated milk instead of sweetened condensed milk.
Please, how long will this last in the fridge and would I simply use the exp dates on the milk containers as a reference? Thank you

Use the milks expiration date ( who knows why store bought cream suggest you use creamer only 5-7 days after opening)
Is there a way to make a powdered coffee creamer? Include how to make different flavors. I live in a small rural town, and it's expensive to buy simple but necessary ingredients to make things. Thanks for your time.
Can you figure out how to make the powder creamer? My husband likes the liquid but i prefer the original powder creamer . Thanks for this though

Mix all the ingredients together then pour on a silicone mat and dehydrate it, then put in coffee grinder, grind until powder.
