It's 105 degrees here in Texas right now! I'm still making me some dumplings!

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR A WHOLE YEAR WHEN I ASKED YOU TO MAKE THIS - thank you so hard. I LITERALLY attempted chicken and dumplings for the 69th time two days ago and it was trash. I will 100% be making this version next week bc I need to recover from the atrocity that I put into my mouth the other day. Ughh.

I made this recipe tonight and it was very good, perfect for this very cold day in Massachusetts. Thank you

Made it for first time and never had this before. It was delicious and I added the white wine vinegar after I sautéed the veggies and seasonings with flour.

So I made this when I got off work today and had it done in about an hour. I had 4 chicken thighs that I partially cooked first in a separate pot and then shredded it once it cooled added it in with the soup to finish cooking. I left out the white wine since I didn’t have any. As for the dumplings I confused the 2 tablespoons of melted butter with the 2 teaspoons of baking powder. I had to throw the dry mixture out and start over. I think it’s how you wrote tsps which totally threw me off. But at the end everything worked out and this recipe is bangin! The heavy cream is a must since it brings all the flavors together. I’m definitely going to put this recipe in the books! Thanks!

Thank you for such a simple and straightforward recipe! I do buy shredded chicken because with my knee arthritis, standing and shredding chicken for one person is just not cost-effective. But I love the 6 minute video versus some of the 20-minute videos I just couldn't get through.

OMG, this is so good, unbelievably delicious and easy! My husband especially liked the dumplings. You can use this as a base (make a little thinner) for chicken noodle soup, or chicken pot pie. I will definitely be making this a lot, the flavor was fantastic! Thank you, from a new subscriber!!! 😊

Ya gotta luh dat. I'm a flat dumpling man and have used can biscuits before for an even quicker "quick and easy". Lil flour down, roll out the biscuit, slice into rectangles, drop 'em in. Nice work my guy.
