For me, "breathing methods" can be vary. I listen to my body as I contemplate what do I want. Not "need" nor "must do", but "want". At times I would just eat a light homemade noodle after quite the amount of rich food, hang out with friends, or read/watch/play thought provoking stories, etc. I love your presentation of this recipe, and I must also say the music at 5:00 is so beautiful. I nearly sniff when I hear it.

ありがとうございます🌸 ウウッ…涙が出てきました…去年の春 最愛のオス猫を病気で亡くしてしまいました。桜が舞い散る4月6日でした。 去年の春は地獄のような日々でした…早く時間がたて…早く時間がたて…そればかり考えていました。 今日それこそ身内に「今年はお花見なんか行くもんか！桜なんか大きらいだ！桜の精があの子を連れて行ってしまった！」とLINEを送ったばかりでした。 綺麗な音楽と、素敵な桜のお菓子を魅せていただきありがとうございました。やっぱり綺麗だな。桜は綺麗だ。 自分語り、失礼いたしました😂💦
