**ALWAYS TEST ONE LEAF OVER A 24 HOUR PERIOD TO PREVENT LEAF BURN** This is a homemade product! I make it very clear to test first and dilute according to infection. It isn't my fault if you kill your plant by jumping ahead and spray your whole plant before testing. You will suffocate your plant by using too much oil on the wrong variety. Using too much oil in direct sunlight will also burn let's waxy leaves. I get your frustration but listen to the whole video and instructions first. **WATCH MY POWDERY WHITE MILDEW VIDEO BEFORE APPLYING ANYTHING!**

When it became about to spray a plant will always must to look to spray your fruit tree before they show up their buds and flower in February to prevent fungal diseases before they get into a infection. Yo flower plants that already have flowers... you always look to spray very very early in the morning and very late in the evening when there are no bees or active pollinators feeding. Even if you irrigate your flowers with just water directly to the flowers in the middle hours of the day you are affecting pollinators and they cant get the pollen or get their wings stuck to the plant and vulnerable to their predators or sunburnt. Everything organic or not used in the wrong way can affect or kill pollinators.

if my mint and rosemary leaves edges are black does that mean they are burnt? I don't have other oil so I used olive oil and no detergent here says eco friendly most says biodegradable. The brand is morning fresh.

Worth mentioning is that, while relatively expensive, neem oil in itself has fugicidal, antibacterial, pest repellent and nourishing properties, which other oils lack. Also worth mentioning is that if you care for your polinators and beneficial garden life, use maximum of 3% concentration of neem oil. Note: use cold-pressed neem, because the active ingredient Azadirachtin is all but removed from the heat-treated neem. Note: This spray is effective about a week in dry weather, so re-apply every 7-10 days and always after rain, since rain washes it off. This spray is also great against aphids (enough to use 1/2 tsp soda), and deters pests (such as ants). Thumbs up for the clarification about the dish soap!

Be aware it also kills caterpillars - so if you're wanting to attract pollinators, neem oil isn't good to use even at 0.9% solution. I just found that out. This year, I'll be planting a few tomato plants (which I won't be harvesting any tomatoes from) in an isolated location and removing caterpillars to those plants. Caterpillars can have at those plants as I won't be using them but this way I'll be having more butterflies. This is a good thing as I don't have many currently.

Put 10 ml of 10% peroxide into 1 litre of water. Spray it once or twice a week to the fungus spot. If you have 0.1% peroxide, you can use it directly to your plant and no need to mix it with water. Good luck.

luzvi, how much peppermint oil and tea tree oil did you use in your soap. I'm using Shaklee's basic H as my Castile soap. It's a surfactant and organic.

I made this yesterday and gave my plants a good spritzing! No signs of bugs or fungus so I'll let you know how it goes if you like! I used Castile soap for the soap part, but since it's a really mild soap, maybe next time I'll use a bit more since the oil didn't mix fully with everything (but that can be fixed with a shake before spraying). Thanks so much for putting this recipe out!
