Drying suggest 75-80 centigrade, and 4-6 hour one batch

Do briquettes need to be dried with oven? Can they be dried in a shed over spring and summer?

Hi. There’re customers drying under the sun and open air( normally takes 3 days to finish drying). If you require high efficiency and faster, you can use drying oven. There’re many types drying oven with different prices. You will find one suits you

I think any sticky material can be used as an additive, provided the cost is low

Hi it’s a range. If your charcoal powder is very low water content, we sometimes need add max to 40% water. And if you use starch, we need make it to liquid ( cook) this use water content too. So this needs you to test using your materials. There’s no fixed ratio.

Need use starch. Low fat starch. Flour no sticky at all. Can not use flour.
