  So how many meters of wood can u put inside? qubic meters? like here oak wood 1 qubic meter can give up to 120 kg of char coal and oak is heavy how to you get then 1.5 tones of char coal from bamboo which is light wood type in so small area? our furnace is made of brick like 4x 4 x 3.5 meaters dimensions is side where we put wood this informations which u provide are not crect

  Okay. It’s just advertising. 1.5 ton is sawdust’s briquettes capacity. Because wood has low density and high density type. We not able to write that accurately. Thanks for your interest about our furnace.

  Yes, just chaing the molding, we can produce different shapes. Crack or not is based on how you mix mixture, how you dry the charcoal.

  Hello, this set up is very good, the conveyor the hammer mill too, but can we incorporate a hopper for loading the raw materials with a small loader or jcb machine, a little bigger has we can see at the end of the video, in Your Factory, suitable enough to hold 3 to 5 tons of woodchips so that the operator does not have to shovel a day one. And also for cost effective. Nice video thank you very much. I should glad to see the blades of the hammer mill in you next video.

  Hi, thanks for your comment. This is video for testing single model before shipping. As one of the machine in the production line, it will work together with buffering storage silo and conveyors with converter. But that’s our customers working site. If they not happy, I will never share our customers videos in my channel. So I will try to upload later once I have a chance to explain more details and show more videos. ( I rarely share customer’s factory videos in my channel, because sometimes it’s good to keep their information).

  وقت الكربنة على أساس كمية المواد. لأننا في هذا الفيديو نقوم بإدخال كمية قليلة جدًا من قشرة جوز الهند، لذلك تنتهي في عدة ساعات. إنها ليست مجرد عدة دقائق تنتهي كوقت فيديو.

  لا ليس كذلك . اذا كانت الكمية قليلة او كثيرة لا يؤثر على وقت التفحم او الكربنة . لان انا ايضا عندي ماكنة او فرن الكربنة يتسع لواحد طن ونصف من قشور الجوز ويحتاج الى ثمانية ساعات متواصلة لكي يتفحم .

  قشرة الجوز أصغر بكثير من قشرة جوز الهند، وتحتاج إلى 8 ساعات بسبب تدفق الهواء السيئ بالداخل. لذلك يحتاجون إلى وقت أطول بكثير لإنهاء عملية الكربنة. الفرن المصمم الجديد في مصنعنا مزود بنظام تنقية كامل، ويمكنه جلب كل الدخان لتنقيته، وكذلك تعزيز عملية الكربنة. بدون تدفق الهواء، ستستغرق عملية الكربنة وقتًا أطول بكثير حتى تنتهي، ولا تزال غير قادرة على التأكد من التفحم بالكامل. لذا أقترح عليك استخدام تصميمنا، بدلاً من استخدام تصميم سيء، ثم احكم علينا. شكرًا لاهتمامك!@@Husham_Alameen

  Walnut shell is much smaller size than our coconut shell, you need 8 hours because bad airflow inside. So they need much longer time to finish carbonization. New designed furnace in our factory all with complete purification system, it can bring all smoke to purify, and also promote carbonization process. Without airflow, carbonization will takes much much longer time to finish, and still not able to make sure fully carbonized. So suggest you use our design, instead of using a bad design then judge us.Thanks for your interest!@@Husham_Alameen

  One fan 1.5kw, water pump 0.75kw will be ok. It's already with insulation layer on the door, and graphite packing sealing materials on the door. No need additional adding something.@@ttawevino9964
