Sometimes someone clicks thumbs down by mistake. There is a lady in church who does it all the time and she thinks she's choosing thumbs up. So maybe its a mistake. I can't imagine anyone giving Helen a thumbs down. As a matter of fact I was just imagining how God must enjoy Helen so much too, just hanging out with her and being fascinated by her use of the creativity he instilled in her. She is so sweet and an amazing human being!

Bonnie Parker, thank you for all the years of loving care you gave to the people whose lives depended on you. I take my mom to the hospital quite frequently due to late-stage COPD. It means so much to me when mom has nurses that show love to her when they don't personally know her. It's hard for me to leave her not knowing what may happen before I get back to her. It helps my stress level when I know that a sweet ICU nurse has given her a smile and words of encouragement in my absence because I never know with whom that last interaction will be. They are hard-working, strong individuals that show softness of the heart when it's most needed. Thank you to all nurses and a virtual hug to all the ICU nurses.

Hello, ma’am! I am an Alabamian, hailing from The Magic City of Birmingham. Having an enjoyment and appreciation for almost anything in home improvement led me to view one of your videos about a week ago. I must admit, as an African-American female that is blessed by The Almighty to be 58 years old (Of course you are more blessed.), I was initially hesitant about subscribing to your channel due to an unjustifiable belief that you probably are like many senior white women that I have encountered that are so set in their old ways that you still harbor beliefs of our pre-civil rights era- if you can so infer my meaning. However, I reflected on my love of listening to Pastor Charles Stanley and his God-given and spirited sermons, and I decided to patiently listen to one of your videos. I cannot tell just what life experiences you have had, but it seems to me that anyone who attests to having God as their Lord and life-guide, you cannot be all that bad. I must say, the God-ly advice I have heard you give sounds so much like that which would come from my mother, who is 86 years old. Actually, your voice sounds more like my best friend’s mother whom I love talking to as much as my mother. She is also in her 80’s. Please forgive me if I have indeed misjudged you. However, you must admit, my reasons for doing so should be understandable, especially with all the civil unrest that African-Americans have endured and what America as a whole are experiencing now. But in the video I was watching today, you mentioned how you had been down in your life, but God showed you what you were capable of doing to help pull you out of your grief, and you encouraged others to not give up but to keep the faith. From your faith, you began crafting and hosting a KZread channel. Your testimony was so deeply felt that I got chills! Praise God! All in all, I will continue being a subscriber. You are blessed and a blessing. You are a dear.

Yes I ran into you today and I was so happy that I did and you're like me you believe in God God everything is possible I have fibromyalgia but I don't quit I even taught myself 6 times how to walk after having six major Falls but I don't let it stop me I still do things my doctor wants me to go in a wheelchair but I'm not going to do it because I'm not a quitter and I believe walking is way better than sitting you make some really cute things

Hellen! i watched the w hole hour 46 minutes of mushrooms. ALL i can say is Thank You! BEAUTIFULL! BEAUTIFULL!

Well I stumbled across your video today and I'll say thank you. I'm almost 40 with 2 kiddos. I was diagnosed with some serious health issues and hubby left so I lost my home etc. We are in a hotel till I find something else. I was feeling sorry for myself a bit so was searching craft videos (I miss my crafting) and found you. That little pep talk was what I needed to hear. I know I'll make it through but it's nice to be reminded you always have someone else on your side. God bless you :)

@@brandya3650 I absolutely agree. Mentally yes today I am doing better. Still in the same position but working and praying hard to get out of it. Sometimes you need a message and a kind word even from a stranger or a YT vid. I hope you are well. Hugs

"Tell you all all the stuff." Yes! Helen, tell us! "Everything you try to do is not that easy, you just have to be patient." Such wisdom in these videos, besides the wonderful crafts. I haven't had a grandma since I was 10 so these videos with your words of wisdom are fantastic. Thank you for sharing with us. Also, I love these mushrooms! I'm going to try making some.
