HOW TO MAKE CAMEROONIAN 🇨🇲BANGA SOUP STEP BY STEP

Hello Fam in this video I share with you guys the step by step process of making Cameroonian Banga soup. This soup can be eaten with rice, Garri or a local complement called Kwacoco. Hope you enjoy this video.
Ingredients
Banga (palm kernels)
Pepper
Black pepper/bush pepper
Four corner spice
Salt
Seasoning
Cray fish
Smoked fish
Mackerel fish
Anchia leaves

    I will try the process of squeezing the palm nuts some day cuz usually I use canned palm nut paste. Also pls what’s the essence of the Anchia leaves and another name of Anchia leaves or alternative. Thank you 😊

    Anchia leaves is just for Garnishing you could use any other vegetable of your choice but NOT spinach.

    It’s called Anchia vegetable. But you can use any vegetable of your choice( sweet bitter leaf or okongobong).

    Yes you can but rem spinach gets really soft so you make sure you don’t let it cook for too long after adding a spinach.
