Handmade, homemade, self mad, DIY (do it yourself) all mean the same thing so whichever you choose it’s actually correct. And even if it wasn’t, we could see from the context of your talking points, what you meant. And yes, we do love you and thank you. Your videos only make us better artists because of how much we glean from you !!

Luise you’re a great teacher! Your English is just fine, if I spoke German there would be a language problem. Love the idea that you have for paper buttons! It’s fantastic. Please continue to be yourself, you are wonderful. All of us are perfectly imperfect and that is what makes us who we are!

I love these!! I have been in a bit of a crafting funk, but I loved this idea so much that I paused the video, grabbed some supplies, and made my own buttons along with you! I made some pink ones to go in a journal for my niece, both circles and butterflies, and a few plain book page buttons to keep in my stash. Now I just need to coat them with glossy accents. When I use glossy accents, I keep my items on top of a lid to a plastic tote rather than on book page. That way, if the glossy accent spills over the edge, they're still easy to peel off of the plastic once dried.

Turned out so interesting.

Recently hada young friend who played wit my hole punches & watercolour paper I had sprayed & splattered with Brusho. I covered the circles with glossy accents, but NEVER thought to turn them into buttons with my hole punches, so thank you for this inspiration.

This is such a great idea. Not sure how it would all pan out with just one regular size whole punch. I definitely don’t think I could cut cute little circles, but I’ll save this thought for another day when I might be able to try to figure out another way to. You would think someone would have realised by now, that we like to see exactly where we are punching our holes, and created hole punchers that are meant to work facing up 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been meaning to watch this video for ages - am a bit sad you’re obviously busy with Tim Holtz creating, but only because I love having videos from you every couple of days- am more happy that Tim has recognised your genius.
