Butter chicken 500g chicken 1 tsp Fresh garlic crushed and Fresh ginger crushed 0.5 tsp Tandoori masala 0.5 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder Marinate 30 min Then cover and slow cook in clarified butter till done Sauce: 750g fresh roma tomatoes cut up 2 medium onion cut fine Cook in clarified butter till soft add tomatoes 500g cashews 1 cup water 0.5 tsp ginger garlic paste 0.5 tsp salt 0.25 tsp red chillis powder 0.25 tsp garam masala 1 tsp sugar 1.5 tsp vinegar Cook till soft, blend and strain 1tbsp butter 40 ml cream Add cooked chicken cook to combine Top off pinch of kasuri methi

corrected the mistakes. thank btw 500g boneless chicken 1 tablespoon Freshly crushed ginger garlic paste 0.5 teaspoon Tandoori masala 0.5 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Marinate 30 min 1 Tablespoon clarified butter (Ghee) Fry and then cover and slow cook in clarified butter till done Sauce: 1 small and 1 medium onions (or 1 big size onion) cut fine 2 tablespoon butter Cook in clarified butter till soft Add 750g fresh Roma tomatoes cut up 50g cashews 1 cup water 0.5 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 0.5 tsp salt 0.75 teaspoon red chili powder 0.25 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon sugar 1.5 Tablespoon vinegar Cook till soft, blend and strain 1 tablespoon butter 40 ml cream Cook till it looks shiny Add cooked chicken to combine Top off a pinch of Kasuri methi cook for 5-7 minutes on a medium flame dish out and add cream for dressing

We eat one's in one Indian restaurant which closed 2 years a go and I never found this flavour again in Mozambique, South Africa, India and Pakistan.
