I take a cup of butter, half cup of coconut oil, third cup mct oil and third cup collegen. Blend and put into iced cubes, freeze then put the cubes in a glass jar in the fridge. Quick and easy in the morning to take a cube and coffee and blend.

Damn. That's awesome. When are you launching your new diet system??
Bulletproof every day because I don’t like to eat in the morning. Love these new ideas.
Love Megha's options!! I was sitting here enjoying my second smaller cup of coffee.. I used ghee, collagen, liguid silica (just a small bit, sea salt (just a bit) and stevia. It's 11:15 AM.. I've played 2+ hours of tennis in AZ heat, shopping, and a bit of organization. I gained 10 pounds since March with lockdown, so trying to do OMAD or at least 18 hours fast to get back to optimum weight.. using the bullet proof coffee in AM to help.

If you are attempting OMAD, you may want to drink black coffee/tea in he morning. BPC is like eating breakfast.
New to keto and your channel, and I love y'all! Just started drinking bulletproof coffee and am looking for variations, so thanks for the options. Hope your family is safe and well ❤️
Glad to know I’ve been on the right track. I couldn’t afford the mct few years back and started making it very similar. The very same perfect keto protein. Also two teaspoons of coconut milk.
Tip from a chef: start with just the coffee in the blender, and slowly add in the mct, then the butter, to emulsify properly. Otherwise, separation happens.

Absolutely love the nutritional info along with the great recipes!! Not sure about the egg yolks but definitely will be adding my collagen as well as some other goodness suggested by your wife. Thanks!
Thanks for the video! I was apprehensive about trying but love all the variations!
I drink this everyday (3 yrs) and have never had a problem with the MCT oil. I also add collagen. It will fuel me all day (from 0500 am). I start to tire around 4:30-5:00 pm.
I have been making the coffee for nearly a year now. Love it. I will try your new versions
I love them. I usually use mct oil, a splash of heavy cream, monk fruit, ghee, and a dash of cinnamon.

I love, love, love my bulletproof coffee and have had one everyday since I started keto (~ 1.5 yrs ago). Megha, I am with you and love the sweetened, flavored coffees. Looking to make a keto version of my favorite drink (caramel macchiato) I found Skinny Mixes. Game changer! Here is my goto: 1. Nespresso Scuro (espresso pod) 2. 1 T. Ahara Rasa Brown Butter Organic Ghee: Ok, if you haven't tried this. Go. To. Whole. Foods. And. Get. It. Now! This stuff is soooooo good. I also use it to make fat bombs and OMG! Yesss!!! 3. 1 scoop MCT Powder from Perfect Keto: Love the Salted Caramel but also use vanilla and chocolate depending on what flavor profile I want for my drink. 4. 1 scoop collagen protein: I may put in 2 scoops depending on my protein requirements for the day. 5. 1-2 T. of Skinny Mix Syrup (I did say I like sweet): Sooooo many flavors to choose from. Current goto is Caramel Creme Cheesecake and Toasted Marshmallow. I will use the Salted Caramel or Vanilla flavored MCT powder with these. Another fave is the Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone. For this, I use half Salted Caramel and half Chocolate MCT powder. Also good is the Pumpkin Caramel Scone. 6. Last, I used unsweetened almond milk to brink the whole thing to 16oz. Ok, this is a longer response that originally intended. However, this is what works for me and I love it.

@@Snookums That is so great! I guess I can officially call myself an "influencer". Time to quit the day job and start a channel. Lol, for real, I am happy that I have introduced another to my happy addiction. I highly recommend, since it is in season, the pumpkin caramel scone. D-E-L-I-S-H! Also, it is a bit expensive but if you can swing it, the brown butter ghee just takes the whole thing up another notch. Happy drinkin'!
That last recipe with coconut cream, stevia and cinnamon sounds amazing! Gonna try that one tomorrow!
Still doing bulletproof every morning. 1 1/2 years now. I use mct, butter , stevia and cinnamon. 16 oz cup to start the day. You two rock keep it up I love all the info.
Great vid - as a coffee drinker and into Keto - this reminder was a big help and fun to watch , thanks guys!
Nice execution. I found your video to be very engaging because of your energy, confidence and honesty. It was quite relatable. Thanks for your contribution and the new recipes with the addition of protein. It’s perfect timing for me. Again, thanks!

Luv your recipes. Will try them. Nice variety. Thank u🤗
Bullet proof coffee OH YA !!! LOVE the different options you shared !! Certainly going to try all of them ♥️
Love your channel. We have been on keto for almost 2 years. I have been experimenting with bulletproof coffee. You both give some good suggestions. I tried coconut milk, coconut oil, MCT oil, ghee, Kerrygold butter, collagen, and others never tried egg, I don't use sweetener. But you have given me some ideas for a different take on Bulletproof Coffee that will be better for me. You all keep put out the good information. I will try one of your versions of Bulletproof Coffee. Know I am late but congratulations on the new addition I love watching Theo enter act with Julius. I have not seen the cat in a while. Love you guys. Thanks for all your information.
12 oz. Pete’s coffee, 1 table spoon MCT (does not affect me adversely), 1 table spoon ghee, 1/2 teaspoon dark cocoa and a touch of liquid stevia. I put all ingredients in travel mug then I use a hand blender. I’ve been doing these ingredients for about a year now and still love the flavor and energy. It also allows me to maintain a 20-4 IF routine. (More or less)
I have been doing keto for about a year and recently discovered you guys! I absolutely love your videos! And I love how u cook/make things so I can see what they truly will look like!!!! Thank you so much for all you do! Keep on doin’ you!
I always start my day with a bullet proof coffee. I add a scoop of Perfect Keto collagen usually vanilla flavored, a pinch of pink salt, a few drops of stevia and either a little cream or ghee or butter. I might give the coconut cream a try for something different.
I’ve been making bulletproof coffee for 2 yrs now and I’m a ghee, coconut oil, pinch of pink salt, scoop of collagen and stevia kind of girl. I crave it in the morning and it’s so dang gooooood!
What in the world would i do without you two! So much info! Thanks!
This is very helpful! I'm jumping back into this keto lifestyle after my keto rash. I don't think I want to do intermittent fasting, so I think this will be perfect to break my fast in the morning. Thank you! ✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼
Bulletproof Coffee is phenomenal! Great additions to the traditional recipe! 🧠💎💭
Awesome 👍 job, guys!!!! Thank you for that.....I am a big coffee drinker and have been wanting to see a video like this with options....
I like these ideas! I was just doing coffee with heavy cream and maybe some stevia and sea salt. Now I have something new to try. Thanks!
I love adding nut or seed butter to mine. Butter/ghee, duck fat, salt, nut butter, coffee is my go-to. I don't make them as often as I used to, I treat it as more of a "dessert" in my eating window as breaking a fast in the morning doesn't work great for me.

Duck Fat??? OMG, that actually sounds good, with a little salt... I am going to try that!
My bullet proof coffee has gone through a lot of different versions. Probably my favorite is simply a little butter and a little hot sauce. I love how long this keeps me going in the morning.
Guys, I’ve been doing similar variations of this with one exception, I blend up a tablespoon of flax seed first, then add the rest of the ingredients.....superb!
Thank you for explaining the affect of the MCT oil!
I stopped but now I’m definitely getting back on!! Thanks 😊 ❤️
I love them!! I use a good base of dark roast coffee, heavy cream, equal parts of butter and coconut oil, stevia and cinnamon- YUM!! 😍☕️
I love this video so much! I have been using the nut pods as something a little extra in there. 2017-2019 I think I had Dave’s version of BP coffee and now I do way less MCT oil and I don’t do butter either. I am definitely trying egg yolks now.
I can handle an oz of MCT oil or more, just adapt, it's usually split into two servings of early one for bp coffee with butter and/or ghee, stevia.. and evening one for bp bone broth with ghee, duck fat, and/or tallow. fats are covered, thank you Matt & Megha!
I just started with BPC about 4 months ago. Really enjoy them i do multiple variations of them, the addition of egg yolk is fantastic. I haven't added collegen but plan on trying it. I keep mine more coffee flavored because sometimes things get to sweet.
I only do BPC about twice a week and I have tried it a ton of different ways. Took me a while to find a recipe that I liked coming from a black coffee drinker.
Eggs were an awesome addition. More filling. Thank You.
I transitioned from mct oil to just ghee and coconut oil. One tbsp of ghee, 2 of coconut oil, a little piece of 100% cacao and 8 oz coffee, a pinch of salt. That's it.

I just bought ghee and did..1 tbl ghee, 1 tbl coconut oil, pinch of pink salt, 2 tbl of Toroni SF S'mores syrup and coffee and blended it..so good. I'm backing of of HWC for a while.
I will be trying these recipes. I usually start my day with 8 to 10 ounces of Columbian coffee, 1 Tbsp MCT OIL, 2 Tbsps of Coconut Milk or Cream, 1 tbsp of Ghee or GrassFed Butter like Kerrygold or VitalFarms Pasture Raised Butter (The Best), Redmonds Real Salt or Mediterranean Sea Salt, 1/4 tsp Turmeric, and Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1 Scoop of Collagen Peptides, and 4 to 6 drops of Stevia. It fills me up and 'm not hungry until dinner time. I Blend it, Love it, Serve it Up and Enjoy it! Thanks to the both of you for wonderful content. Love your channel!!
So helpful, thank you!
I've never had that issue with mct, I think because one year in a row, I always used butter or coconut oil, so my stomach get used to the fatty content. I also use collagen and some salt and cinnamon! Delicious!! And by reading the comments against collagen hype... I must say that, adding pure collagen, even with meat and bone broth, I've seen and felt so much improvement in my joints! I have an autoinmune dissease that affects my joints.
I’m 3 1/5 years keto and I have bulletproof coffee everyday. 16 Oz Kona coffee 2 tbl heavy cream, mct oil 1 tbls, collagen plain or keto perfect caramel sea salt blend. I sip that all day! At 68 I feel better then ever it’s so filling and yummy! Thanks for sharing I’m going to try the chocolate next time.

We started keto almost two years ago and have since changed over to a high quality whole food diet. I have bulletproof coffee pretty much daily. I’ve never been much for breakfast so this keeps me satisfied until lunch. I switch it up fairly often but right now I’m doing ghee, coconut oil, collagen (either unflavored or further foods chocolate), salt, and cinnamon. Keeps me full and focused all morning long.
I'm so thankful for you guys!
Most recently have been doing powdered MCT oil, ghee, splash of heavy cream and the cacao powder. Also blend in a Vitamix, which I think makes all the difference! Creamy and delicious. Nice work guys!
I have at least 2, morning and noon. I make mine the same as y'all but I like to add cayenne pepper. Love the stuff!

Just a plain organic cacao powder. I blend it all into the bulletproof coffee.
I use chocolate mct and collagen from Perfect Keto, a tbsp of heavy cream and mocha jordan skinny syrup or all the same things in vanilla as well. Depends on the day. Love it!
I do like bullet proof coffee and just like Meg, I like to start my day with it and won’t eat until early afternoon. I add about 1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp coconut oil, and collagen peptides! Yum!!
Great podcast, since coffee is my go to fix on keto.Yes I will have to try Coconut cream in my coffee, instead of cream....I wonder which one is healthier....and tastier...
I never did too many of these until recently. I tried Leanne Vogel's recipe for Rocket Fuel Latte that has hemp hearts, cacao butter. MCT powder, collagen powder, stevia, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. VERY filling and lots of energy.
Love making bullet proof. I use Death Wish coffee (the best!), grass fed butter, coconut milk creamer and stevia. So good!
tried bulletproof coffee with Tallow and it was pretty good. Think i got that tip from you!

I tried both lard and tallow, tallow left an unpleasant beefy aftertaste, lard wasnt bad though.
Heavy cream, Cacao or cinnamon , salt and collagen. I do use Stevia. I just cannot drink coffee without some sweetness. I wish I could get over that. I do believe my insulin rises slightly just from the thought of sweetness. That would be an interesting study. Psychological affects of sweet.
After 5months into my Ketogenic lifestyle I still enjoy my Bulletproof Coffee. I'm a MCT, BUTTER, CINNAMON & STEVIA. I'm good for 4plus hours
I stir butter, coconut fat/oil and MCT oil together in the bottom of my coffee bowl with some boiling water. My coffee is sitting in the french press. I use a milk frother to froth up some cream with erythritol/stevia blend sweetener. I mix some cream and coffee and stir, then more cream, then I pour the coffee into the frother to release the rest of the cream as it likes to stick inside. It really just tastes like you're drinking a liquid cake.
Great job with this video!
I've been drinking bulletproof coffee on and off for 3 years now, but now I love it with coconut manna and collagene creamer from vital proteins with a little of cinnamon sometimes and it makes me feel satisfied and good
Yay I’ve been using that collagen for years !!
I have been drinking it most days for a couple weeks. I worked through lunch yesterday. until about 3:00 when I realized I hadn't eaten. Then I looked at my apple watch and realized I hadn't stood in 4 hours. I was in the zone! I tend to have good concentration, but I think it is even better on b.p. coffee. I love the idea of adding mct powder and cocoa! I have had some issues with the mct oil but i want to use it
I love bullet-proof but i blend coconut flaks with hot water to make my coconut milk free from metals then blend it with coffee or tea
I love BPC, have it lost morning! I do 1 cup organic black coffee, 1 table spoon organic coconut oil, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, and a 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream. Shake the cream and protein in a shaker cup and add that to the coffee/ coconut coffee! Best coffee I’ve ever had!
I like any of those, and add salt, I love the difference that it makes, cheers guys.

Love the recipes! My husband does not do keto so he is very aware of my keto breath. I kicked MCT oil and the bad breath went away. I use HWC, Cacao butter and Kerry Gold. I'll use a vanilla ghee if I'm feeling fancy. I miss honey in my coffee. I wonder if I can get away with using a tsp and maintain ketosis. We have an espresso machine and my Sunday treat lately has been steaming HWC and it's freakin amazing.
I make almost every day but just coffee , heavy whip cream, 1 tbsp of coconut oil and stevia. I only just started trying collagen , so good to know about the extra protein boost when I need it
Loved the video
I just recently started keto and learned about bulletproof coffee. This morning I made one that was AWESOME!!! And still full from. I mixed 1 scoop (1/2 serving) low carb chocolate whey protein powder 2 tbs butter, a pinch of pink salt and 12oz of coffee! ❤️👍🏼 love you guys. glad I found you a cpl weeks ago!
Love this!!
👍👍👍I will try both 😋☕
I love putting the coconut cream in my coffee! I'm so glad I tried it.
My variation of BPC: Instant Coffee, MCT oil, Collagen Peptide powder, SF syrup/stevia, splash of almond milk and ice mixed in a ninja bullet. I also pop a men's one a day vitamin for nutrition after drinking BPC.
I started putting MCT oil in my coffee (with stevia and half + half) because it's supposed to have thermogenic properties. Months later I can say it doesn't have that effect but I do like the way my bulletproof coffee tastes.
Look forward to my bulletproof coffee every morning! I use ghee, coconut oil, coconut butter, collagen, cacao powder, tiny bit of whey protein for taste, salt, cinnamon, and turmeric. Soooo good!

That's the one thing I miss, Bulletproof Coffee. MCT oil gave me a lot of energy in the morning.
For the past 9 months now I have started my day with a 20oz BP coffee. I mix butter, MCT oil, stevia, HWC, and chocolate collagen powder. I have my coffee around 7:00am and I don’t even think about eating until 1-2:00pm. Instead of using a blender, I grab my frother and I have a well mixed coffee with a nice foam on top. I would like to try that vanilla and cinnamon combo, that looked delicious! And the salt, excellent idea!!
I started drinking bulletproof coffee about 7 or 8 years ago. I started out with Kerrygold butter, Starbucks SF caramel syrup and a splash of heavy cream (blended with a latte frother, best kitchen tool I ever bought!) It was the best. I change it up occasionally and will add some pink salt or some gelatin powder once in a while. And if I do cold coffee, I’ll add some chia seeds to it if I’m in the mood.
This is incredible!!😲
thanks for sharing
Very good video and review/updates of BP Coffee. I have done BPC for 3 years. I use C8 oil and use stevia and sometimes collagen. I love the benefits I feel especially if it is not my first "meal" of the day and I won't eat until 12-2pm. Definitely helps my productivity and energy. I like idea of cinnamon or cocoa as add ons for nutrition or other "superfoods" to help our gut etc. I haven't tried the Ghee but I want to just to limit even more dairy at times. Bulletproof does have the packets w/ butter and C8 in a powder to make it easier. Thoughts on cold brew???
Have you ever thought of putting in a RTD protein in your coffee? I use the chocolate or vanilla quest which replaces the dairy and also adds protein to the mix. Very yummy!
I've been drinking BPC for about a year, I make a 16oz coffee mix of Starbucks expresso, and morning Joe, 2Tbs Kerrygold, a scoop of collagen peptides, and 3 pumps of davinci sugar free vanilla syrup. Keeps me satisfied and I can push back my fist meal until around 2pm.
I usually do the same as Matt except for the ghee. I still use grass fed butter. And will put two packets of truvia in mine.
I usually like to fast in the morning, which has phases out my bulletproof coffee sadly. I have it periodically. I like the idea of the egg yolks. I may try some egg yolks with some Lakanto gold and try for a bit of custard flavor. This was a great video thank you.
I love coconut so I use 1tbs coconut oil, 1tbs MCT, 1/4 cup coconut cream/milk, unsweetened coconut flakes, cinnamon, cacao powder, salt & some turmeric if I’m feeling it. Taste delicious and keeps me full/productive all morning
WOW guys as usual so interesting. My question to Matt is when you put your eggs in your coffee do you skip breakfast with this coffee or you still have it ? Thanks again Eric
My bulletproof coffee regimen consists of the following (all are rough eyeballed estimates, because who has time for measuring in the morning?): 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp MCT oil (if that), a dollop of heavy cream, 5-6 drops stevia, and one square segment 100% cacao finely chopped. Pour in the coffee, allow to melt 15-20 seconds, and use a frother to mix. Simple, slightly chocolate-y/mocha-y morning goodness and it gets me through the day until dinnertime.
Thank you for this video. Question, Does bulletproof coffee break your fast?
agree, sounds great
3 tblsp coconut oil 2 tblsp mct 2 tblsp grassfed butter 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp olive oil 12 oz organic coffee Turmeric and pepper
Love them just don't have 6 lol, good with OMAD too
I have strong coffee blended with a tablespoon of MCT (c8), a tablespoon of butter, a scoop of collagen, a little salt, half tspn chaga powder. Delicious!
HAVE YOU MADE A VIDEO FOR ORANGE CHICKEN? Just starting out so I do use the MCT oil (it also helps with side effects from my thyroid meds), tried collagen but started out with too much 1 scoop gave me bad leg cramps. I can't afford grass-fed until July but will add, also tried a dash of Tumeric and a few drops of Maple extract for flavor. I tried a few of your recipes but have learned to add half the amount of Stevia (you do have a sweet tooth). Thanks for all the good advise these vids are very helpful. Also downloaded your 2019 recipes we had Chicken Caprese last night turned out great.
