1 cup tapioca flour 1 tbsp cocoa powder Mix and set aside. To a sauce pan add 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 1 tbsp tapioca flour 1/3 cup water. Mix and stir well until tapioca is dissolved, then put on flame. Cook until the mixture thickens on low flame. Turn off the flame and add the dry mix (tapioca+ cocoa) amd knead into a dough. Divide dough and roll into balls. Boil water in large vessle, add pearls and boil for 20 mins. Stir occasionally. Take pearls out and transfer into a bowl cold water. In another pan. Add brown sugar and little water to make syrup. Boil pearls in sugar syrup for 5-6 mins.

@@sohanatuhinnishat6574 well i know i am replying pretty late, but so you know, no we cannot use cornflour instead of tapioca, what you can do instead is use finely powdered sabudana, trust me, both are made from tapioca roots so it does work out in the end

You really motivate us indians to try new international dishes. I really like to try the international dishes but I think of it and feel that how to find those ingredients it takes a lot of effort .I appreciate that you always tell us the right substitute for the ingredients
