The trick to making the meat caramelise quicker, is not to add the salt until the meat starts the browning process. Salt draws out the moisture from the meat, but once it starts browning, then adding salt helps the fat break down, giving it the caramelisation you are looking for. Also, Always remove the filthy froth layer from the meat cooking process, before you let it cook down in its own juices.

Good recipe my method I first fry the onions until they change color before adding anything else and for the water I love using the beef broth that I got from boiling the meat to enhance more beefy flavor to the rice your method works fine too🥰

I mostly don't wash my rice especially if bought it sealed from the supermarket,plus nby not washing my rice cooks way better,inatokea moja moja.

Yes,I don't normally wash mine because it's a preference that I have ,I buy my rice from supermarket that makes me feel safe not to rinse it ,also boiling the rice while cooking will kill any bacterial infections. Lastly I don't want my rice to be fluffy because rinsing before cooking makes it fluffy.

Is it good to add soy source?
