Bcuz the vinegar eliminate the raw smell and taste from any meat.

I’m in the uk, but I followed your recipe and my husband loved your liver, he hasn’t eaten liver for many many years he said it was amazing 😉

I am cooking this right now yummy

My mother (RIP) was from South Carolina and she made liver and onions often when I was a kid. We do make it slightly different; we don't add scotch bonnet peppers or fresh ginger. I've had the Jamaican style liver and kidneys for breakfast with boil banana and steamed dumpling and yam and it is delicious. Love Deddy's version; it almost looks like steak! Always give thanks to Almighty God for every day amen!!

Daddy's face is full of peace and love blessings all over 🙏

I love liver. Never used all the different seasonings and veggies but I will from this point. Thanks to your family for sharing your lives with us.

I made this last week and it was so delicious. I will continue to make this dish I just love liver.💖 When I was a young girl my mother made liver and onions she just breaded the liver in flour and made a gravy in the pan, and served it with some white rice, but you just took liver to a whole new level!💖 Thank you so much I love this channel you all are the best.💖

My first time watching Deddys kitchen. I cook liver the same way that's how my granny did it. Sometimes I flour and fry with loads of onions and mushrooms love it.

I never put water in my liver, my grandmother says it tightens the fiber in the liver. I season it the same way

Been looking for the mushroom sauce for a while...today I went into a pho cafe and asked them if they had any???? Well she brings out my kind of bottle BIG so I ask her will you sell that to me ? Yea she did woohoo 🙌

I love liver! I fry up some bacon, flour up my liver (which helps make lots of gravy) to cook in the bacon grease. I use lots of onion. I put the bacon on top of the liver with lots of onion, eat it with rice and fresh spinach. But, I loved the way Deddy prepared it. I wish I could taste his!! GOD Bless.

Oh my, this is a totally new way to cook liver for me, I do it pan fried, onions, mushrooms, green peppers.. no gravy. 3 mins per side and done. But THIS looks amazing! Now I need to try this. I had liver before, yes! Several times in fact. My father grills them with some onion at the side, maybe throw in some red and paprika if he has it at the side. Absolutely delicious! And speaking of deliciousness, this whole dish looks amazing! : D

Looks really good. I usually make boring liver and onions. Gonna try it this way.

For years I did not cook liver forget the procedure but when the doc say I need iron I bought some then see your cook style so I will cook some right now. Thank you daddy for the interaction with your girl leading the process through. You cook like my grand dad. I must visit again to see what I can cook next but today it will be liver. I know when you bless your food then start cook it got to be right. What next I will peruse your channel.

Just done this recipe turned out just right. Only thing I did different was add a drop of browning to give it added colour. Nice one Deddy💯❤️

Looks good 👍. I usually flour my liver first and I put the powder seasonings in the flour then coat the liver before frying.
