@Сергей Устинов , китайцы отказались от генератора стирания, просто поставили постоянный магнит. Впринципе рабочая схем. А вот без вч подмагничивания ничего нормально не записать. Можете проверить.

If you could add a PLL or something like that to encript sound in the tape or to encoder the sound in case you want to record music that only your sound equipment is able to Play, would be great. I mean you encoder the music in the tape and if you want to play that tape somewhere else will be impossible because only your sound equipment has the data encoder/decoder.

Bias oscillator, Head pre-amplifier and mic pre-amplifier is found missing. LM368 ic input never matches with a tape head as it's output is very very low and it requires a proper pre-amplifier of most probably designed in NAB standard.

Good as a tape loop... cannot use full lenght tape because the changing of the diameter of the spool make velocity change as the tape is unrolled... this is the reason because cassette player do not turn the spools but the little wheel called capstan

In a tape recorder. When a audio signal record in a tape directly. The recorded audio have distortion. To reduce this distortion mix the audio signal into a high frequently signal (bias signal) it is about 45khz or 100khz signals at 18v peak to peak.
