Actual Engineers: You don't hookup LEDs in parallel
That's not a flip flop, it's an oscillator or multivibrator. There are ICs that would easily replace the caps and transistors for much cheaper.

@@vikingthedudeIT'S A MULTIVIBRATOR/OCILLATOR. Basically, a primitive 555. You can also use this circuit with anything that needs a clock signal. So yeah, calling this circuit a flip-flop circuit is like calling a crystal oscillator a crystal flip-flopper.
