Hi beautiful crafters, I also love Pam and Sunny! Pam inspires me and makes me excited to do and try different things. The only bad thing I have to say is...... I went to Pam's Esty store to buy a fundle and unfortunately she doesn't post to Australia... 😢 I was heart broken.... but such is life and I will continue to create with reckless abandon.... 😃

Just a thought, but maybe you could use a piece of printer paper in between the pages to blot the excess ink? Then you'd also have a third page with fun imprints.

Great idea. I have many thrift store books I can do this with. FYI on the gelato page you can lay a stencil over and then use a baby wipe and it will remove the color. You can also move the color around the page with a baby wipe.

Awww, Pam, so fun!!! I used my new border stencils this way on printer paper to make signature pages and I had a ball not just doing the positive and negative, but also pressing off the remnants of ink to make extremely faint patterns on the other side of the paper. Grunged up pages without tea-dying! Did forty pages in a couple hours last night. Discovered I can wake up a dauber the same way you wake up an ink pad, too, and had fun experimenting with a small painting sponge for a different texture, and even sometimes used a whole ink pad plus of course I tried the Distress Ink spray. Now that they've dried I'm going to use a journaling stncil to put the lines in--with gel pens, not ink--and voila! They're all different and they look just right!

So I can't play until the house is sold and we get moved into our new place. Wherever and whenever that is 🤷. And Pam what you're doing looks like SO MUCH FUN! oh noooo I am missing this book lol! All along Pam had the last copy on earth lol. Its so much prettier now. I would love this copy. I will be doing this at some point. Its tough getting Tim Holtz in Quebec. Its frustrating. I never even saw his elements, scrapbook paper or anything else in person aside pads and stains. I have not been able to find any Distress Ink pads or sprays. Only Oxides so far. But I go back to using food and fruits. Iv got blueberries in the freezer. Beet powder. And will make acrylic sprays diluting acrylics. Ink is better of course. These methods are unpredictable and can fade over time. Im gonna be trying Rit Dye in spray bottles too. I bet u can revive that distress paint bottle with water or glycerine. I love your stencils. Dollar store was great for these 6-7 years ago. Now its Ali or Temu. The tree branch one is very hard to find. I will find a way to make my own. I found a bunch of acetate thrifting. I would love to try gelato’s. Oil pastels are too messy. These look like a wax gel? Chalk pastels are messy too. Is Distress crayon waxy?? u water down Distress with water or alcohol?

Such a good idea Pam, to keep it all in the book and tear out as you need it🤗 Will defnitely be doing this in future🌻 I’ve been creating my collage masterboards in an old National Geographic magazine. I use every 2nd page, that way I can easily tear it out (or jst a piece) as needed. I can glue 2 pages together if I need a thicker base. Or even glue thin cardstock/cardboard to the back of a page… Just another idea to throw in our creative mixes❤

I bought lots of stickers, 50 sheets of rice paper, silk flowers, some lace, 1 set of vintage French postcards, a box of washi tape, 1 set of paddle bushes, 1 leaf pattern stencil, a set of inks, kitty toys and kitty bowls to eat out of, and a set that had collaging items in it like pieces of paper, some stickers, & ephemera pieces. They have everything you would want in a journal.

Wanted to throw my two cents in regarding Temu. Sometimes, the products they carry that are designed, as stencils and stamps and washi, are made by companies that have stolen the designs. In other words, the artists that came up the designs are not being compensated for the use of their intellectual property.
