True 100%, if they didn't value you enough to communicate and try to work things out and just suddenly dumped you there is NO 'coming back'... ever. They will never respect you if you will allow them to come back.

​@andziagreen4922 Man that hits home. My ex has a great heart but struggles mightily to communicate in a relationship and even said once she can't be vulnerable with people. After over a year and a half she abruptly ended it after a not so great 3 day trip a month ago. Was our 2nd breakup. After the first one I put everything I could into the relationship and went way above and beyond to make her feel special. We fell in love so naturally and easily yet none of that mattered to her she just ended it so abruptly saying she felt we were in a back slide for a month before the trip which she gave no signs of. Asking didn't I feel her pulling away? I'm like no not when you text me just days before the trip saying "wish you were here" lol complete BS. She just got scared when she started to think we could be it for each other and needed a way out.

I’m doing all these things and I just realize that everything is going to take time for that day. “Patience is bitter l, but it’s fruit is sweet“ just keep grinding till that sweet day

I think there’s few (very few) exceptions. Like if you were in the wrong and didn’t take accountability or there’s a clear misunderstanding that caused issues on your part. Sometimes circumstances between two people outside of the relationship cause constraint for both people and the timing is just not right. Finally, as long as there’s no games being played and you’re confident in that regard as far as the other person is concerned, then it’s worth taking a second chance. Seek counseling, work on yourself and if you’re a believer, pray for guidance. It worked for me

I discovered your channel 2 days ago and have watched all of your videos. Without detailing the overwhelming obstacles I've encountered over the past 4 years (e.g. multiple deaths in family, betrayal from relatives causing loss of an 11 year career that I loved, divorce from a cheating, physically abusive sociopath, walking away from toxic friendships, and rejection by the only 2 guys I've connected with since divorce), your relatability is almost unbelievable. "Not to brag", but I am an attractive, intelligent, fun-loving, responsible, independent, and honest person. However, after roughly 3 years of riding solo, I find myself getting lonely. I'd also like to add, I've watched HUNDREDS of KZread channels searching for support and motivation. I have benefitted and learned something from each one, But, your content comes from a realistic perspective regarding society as a whole and genuine personal experiences. Please keep sharing. FYI - I've liked every video and subscribed.

great video, it's definitely helping me push myself in the right direction, started back training in the gym 5 days a week, reconnected with old friends that my ex didn't like so i ended up drifting away from, might be getting made redundant from my job with a £60k package that will clear my mortgage and all debts off with a bit to play with until i find another job in engineering again soon. thanks for your videos as they're like a wise friend offering the right advice that we need to hear

Mine didn't reject me, cheat on me or leave me. She refused to do things necessary to deepen the relationship past simple messaging. No phone relationship. Just very superficial. Yeah, she sent me so many affectionate, loving messages but would not take the steps to build the relationship. I finally went her an email that I had had enough and told her my love for her was gone and that there was no place in my life for her going forward. I let her down gently. I didn't remind her of the things she refused to do to build the relationship. I am sure she is devastated. I hope so.

The reason why I say that is because it's happening to me thanks

My ex dumped me at Xmas cos apparently I was untrustworthy and made her feel insecure, she constantly accused me of stuff I hadn't done, called me a liar and she said she felt like she was in competition with my kids and friends. Said she felt unloved and not the centre of my world or focus, felt 2nd best. She's still single now, living like a hermit. 2years together for what?? So she could deflect her issues onto me. Since Xmas I've trained at the gym 5-6 times a week, got a new job, which I'd applied for last year so as to make us more financially secure!! Word is she's been asking about me🤣😂🤣😂🤣

I got dumped after I helped her refinance her house and helped her get a new car I better myself and became delegate for my union when to the gym and I moved on. Her after a month she got into a new relationship already having the guy sleeping in the same bed I was sleeping and introduce them to her kids. What a great girl 🤦‍♀️

I don't know why I am watching this when I dumped her and she's already missing me as she started to stalk me thru my mom's Facebook after I blocked her from my socials and she's missing the attention that I used to give her. Let's just hope she doesn't try and getting back with me as that's kinda the vibe that I am getting from her as I know she's gonna just want me even more after I get really cut for the summer as she always liked my abs and muscles so I am just gonna enhance what I have. And then when I start hanging out with other girls that really gonna make her mad.

If your already fit..let it go she wasn't for you. Plenty fish in the sea. I think with the problem with these videos is woman have their own minds. No, it takes 2 for a devorse, her and her mom. Move on.

Two months ago my gf of 5 years broke up with me. It hurts more than I can describe... I've been going to the gym and jogging over the past year... but now I'm going Hard. I'm already the best shape of my life and I've just started going *Hard*. To get out of my own head I've been Pouring in the hours at work. Spent 70 hours at work last week alone. Three weeks ago I applied for a promotion. I got it this week. But the 'Conquering my fears' part of this video is what spoke to me most. I Did/do play it safe. I was my past gf's first bf. She was the first girl I felt safe around after my last gf left me for another guy while studying abroad. This was a Major reason why I decided to date her... she felt like the safe option. I did Everything my last gf asked of me. I was Always there for her when she needed me... and she left when I was of no more use to her. She's not a bad person... this is just how it played out. The job I have (promotion hasn't started yet) was/is a 'play it safe' job. I've been in this job *FAR* too long. This is where the fight of my life lies right now. Conquering my fears. In just two months after my breakup I've started going HARD at the gym and got a promotion at work. This feels good. But it's only the beginning. This does feel uplifting to say and type but I'll be honest... I'm still absolutely crushed right now. I still cry in the shower, cry myself to sleep, even cry at work sometimes when I'm alone. This is Anything but easy. But if I can do this in just two months.... I need to start betting on myself for the future. I need to believe this truly is only the beginning. As heartbroken as I am right now... I'm Not Stopping!! I'll Always love my ex.. that will Never change. But I Need to start loving myself before I can expect anyone else to truly love me.
