    Well, your 'hodge podge' pieces of wood sure made the most unique reproduction antique signs that happen to look totally authentic! NAILED THIS. You also had me chuckling at 'signs that don't make sense.' Note to self: check your own stencil designs... haha! This was such a joy to watch! Now let's talk about that clay pot backdrop... goodness gracious... I'm in LOVE.

    My father in law has a bunch of these board. He made them many years ago. He was pelting. He used these to stretch the hide over them. I use them now for decorating.

    Watching your idea of putting a shelf in that last item, may you could think about this: ta,e2 old prong push-on clothespins and stand one on each side of rhe box, like we use plastic dividers in tackle boxes, and hot glue along the side. Then slide your shelf into the slots of the clothes prongs. Let us know what you think! Inspiration flows from you and we soak it up by osmosis. Thanks! 😊❤❤❤❤❤

    Your signs are always fantastic. I really loved the wood pieces that were framed out…wow, what a find. I want to make a flea market sign for in my living room that says Brimfield….miles and Springfield…. Miles ahead. Funky Junks’s stencils are reasonably priced for the size too.     the boards you are using with rounded ends, round on one end, etc., look like boards used for drying/stretching/tanning animal hides. my daddy used to trap and he made boards for each size animal. he had raccoon sz, beaver sz, mink sz, fox sz and so on. i wish i had kept his boards. my, my. you take me down memory lanes all of the time! you do such wonderful work. i love what you do.

    You could still use your cricket to cut you stencil in cardboard or in plastic. Good job on the signs.

    I did an old piece of broad yesterday. I put the dark wax by Waverly on it and it was so dry it sucked that wax right in. It ended up being a gorgeous piece of wood. So far I’m loving these signs. Have to stop as I have to be somewhere today. Love watching your process of creativity 😊❤. I’ll watch the rest later.

    Try changing orientation of your paper to landscape instead of portrait. It will print more of your letters on the same page.

    Love all the signs!! When I started watching you you were decoupaging windows and you mesmerized me with it!!! I order stuff from piglets corner I think was the name and Zazzle and made a few things but I’m still waiting for you to do it again or maybe it y it s out of style!! I loved it and have tons of decoupage paper

    These are just gorgeous!! I have two of the rounded end boards that were my Dad’s! He used them when he was a young boy and caught critters to sell for their hides. He would stretch their hides on these pieces of wood to dry them! He was a very determined young man that turned into the best Dad in the world! You have certainly inspired me to make something with them! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

    Those boards are pelt boards, trappers would stretch animal hides on them. (The ones with tapered tops)

    AWESOME!! I think you did fantastic work on each sign. They all look like they’ve been hanging around for quite awhile. Adding the dirt definitely gives them the age. You continue to inspire n amaze me at what you do. Have to share… got my milk paint (the green colors) n I’m loving it! I did a antique child’s chair n turn out the perfect vintage green color.     What kind of paper did you use on the Antique sign that allowed the pencil rubbing to transfer the word onto the wood? It didn’t look like any kind of carbon paper so I’m confused. Thank you. They all turned out beautiful.

    Yvonne I loved this video! ❤ I love signs and old boards. ❤ Your lettering and painting look so good. Just a thought, for my lettering I use office, Google has a free program if you don't have Microsoft. I write out my word/s, pick my font, then using the margin measurements to pick the font size that it fits. I don't know if I explained it well enough but it is so easy. ❤❤❤
