You cracked me up when you said 'You get the gist of it...There's livestock feed, it's a shop.' So true and so funny at the same time!

The little board looks like a sleeve board…for ironing. They all look like wooden ironing boards. Nice make overs
Love all of them and can’t pick a favorite
I really love the signs. I am an old wood collector. You do wonderful work. I enjoyed this video very much. Happy Day.

Thank you! You too!
The signs turned out great! How talented you are…and you can even stencil upside down so we can see!!
These boards were used for stretching furs over. They dried them on these.
You are a gifted and amazing teacher…Thank you for making it look so easy, and instilling confidence. Now…I’m gonna see if this old 73yo can create.😂
Well, your 'hodge podge' pieces of wood sure made the most unique reproduction antique signs that happen to look totally authentic! NAILED THIS. You also had me chuckling at 'signs that don't make sense.' Note to self: check your own stencil designs... haha! This was such a joy to watch! Now let's talk about that clay pot backdrop... goodness gracious... I'm in LOVE.
You are so good at this stuff. I would definitely think it was old. Lol

My father in law has a bunch of these board. He made them many years ago. He was pelting. He used these to stretch the hide over them. I use them now for decorating.
Loved all these signs and the fact that you didn’t use cricket on them.
Watching your idea of putting a shelf in that last item, may you could think about this: ta,e2 old prong push-on clothespins and stand one on each side of rhe box, like we use plastic dividers in tackle boxes, and hot glue along the side. Then slide your shelf into the slots of the clothes prongs. Let us know what you think! Inspiration flows from you and we soak it up by osmosis. Thanks! 😊❤❤❤❤❤
Loved this video and so glad that there was no Cricut needed!

I love your channel your personality is as beautiful as you are! Thank you for all the tips. My wood crafts are looking so much better
I love all the signs you made! They are beautiful. I love the old boards without the paint also. That was great picking. Thanks
Your signs are always fantastic. I really loved the wood pieces that were framed out…wow, what a find. I want to make a flea market sign for in my living room that says Brimfield….miles and Springfield…. Miles ahead. Funky Junks’s stencils are reasonably priced for the size too. Thanks again…and make more signs please.
I believe those are the boards fur hunters stretch or dry their skins over .

Love watching you create. Doesn’t matter if it’s something you’ve done before, it’s a nice refresher ❤
the boards you are using with rounded ends, round on one end, etc., look like boards used for drying/stretching/tanning animal hides. my daddy used to trap and he made boards for each size animal. he had raccoon sz, beaver sz, mink sz, fox sz and so on. i wish i had kept his boards. my, my. you take me down memory lanes all of the time! you do such wonderful work. i love what you do.
I love to watch you work. Even if you' ve done it before. My mom always said Hand made means made with love.
Love them all!
Loved all of those.

You could still use your cricket to cut you stencil in cardboard or in plastic. Good job on the signs.
Well, got the video finished, lol. I love these signs. I just to remember the paint process so I can get it right. 😊❤
I did an old piece of broad yesterday. I put the dark wax by Waverly on it and it was so dry it sucked that wax right in. It ended up being a gorgeous piece of wood. So far I’m loving these signs. Have to stop as I have to be somewhere today. Love watching your process of creativity 😊❤. I’ll watch the rest later.
Who but you would think these were amazing boards🤭 Love watching your videos.

Try changing orientation of your paper to landscape instead of portrait. It will print more of your letters on the same page.

The handled one may have been A concrete float it would’ve smoothed out the concrete.
I grabbed a bunch of those boards at an Amish yard sale.. they used them to stretch pelts 😊
Love the General Store and Antique ones.

Love the signs. My favorite is "Groceries & Dry Goods" .
These are just gorgeous!! I have two of the rounded end boards that were my Dad’s! He used them when he was a young boy and caught critters to sell for their hides. He would stretch their hides on these pieces of wood to dry them! He was a very determined young man that turned into the best Dad in the world! You have certainly inspired me to make something with them! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

Beautiful job! Love the signs.
AWESOME!! I think you did fantastic work on each sign. They all look like they’ve been hanging around for quite awhile. Adding the dirt definitely gives them the age. You continue to inspire n amaze me at what you do. Have to share… got my milk paint (the green colors) n I’m loving it! I did a antique child’s chair n turn out the perfect vintage green color. Wish there was a way I could send a picture. I’m so proud of myself n it would never had happened if it wasn’t for you inspiring me. ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟
Yes very old ironing boards
❤❤❤❤❤
👍❤
Love these!❤
❤❤❤Thank you. Very nice tutorial ❤️❤️❤️
❤
What kind of paper did you use on the Antique sign that allowed the pencil rubbing to transfer the word onto the wood? It didn’t look like any kind of carbon paper so I’m confused. Thank you. They all turned out beautiful.
You make stenciling look so easy! It’s my nemesis! Always the paint leaks under the stencils and ruins it for me.
Great job!!
Yvonne I loved this video! ❤ I love signs and old boards. ❤ Your lettering and painting look so good. Just a thought, for my lettering I use office, Google has a free program if you don't have Microsoft. I write out my word/s, pick my font, then using the margin measurements to pick the font size that it fits. I don't know if I explained it well enough but it is so easy. ❤❤❤

Love all your work and watch your videos over and over!! What is the wax like substance in the big pail? very curious
Sorry, I jumped the gun. You answered at the end -carbon paper. I had never seen the white carbon paper before.

amzn.to/3MnuF8A The carbon paper was black, the copy paper was white
Do you look for vintage sign fonts or do you just choose what you like?
Will the wax create chippiness if you use chalk paint instead of milk paint?
