Thank you so much! I take that as a top compliment. I aim to teach the way my Nonna taught me... with love and a pinch of this and a handful of that! I want people to learn to cook without fear and anxiety about a complicated perfect recipe! The more simple the food... the tastier it ends up being! I appreciate you watching!

Can yo give the correct recipe ??? What happen to the yolk ?
The anise seed gives a better flavor then the anise extract. No after taste.
