This is one of the cutest ornaments you will ever make! Using some shells and paint, we will together, paint a VERY simple Santa face using the shape and white hues of the shell as his beard.
I drill the shells before starting which is not included on this tutorial. You can drill these shells basically the same way you drill sea glass but it's much easier.

For this project you will need:
Shells (White Oyster shells work best)
Red, black, white acrylic paint
Sealer... like mode podge
Paint brush
Tooth pick
Thin jute twine or thread
If you would like to try the shell with a cut out Santa face then you will need tissue paper or a napkin with a small enough Santa face design.
