Hi Muhamed Retkoceri, I noticed Infinity mirrors on the net and wondered how they were made. I watched your video and now it is very clear how they are made. Thank you for taking the time to post.
This is the BEST how to video on youtube for the infinity mirror. Thank you so, so much.
Amazing job man! Really inspiring, I am going to do this project for sure. I am keen to build around 8 of them as I run a soundsystem, can you advise me on the most effective way of connecting multiple units to gether for DMX control? Thank you for the great video!

I agree with Shwan, watched a lot of these videos, yes the audio is bad but the DIY info is awesome, it's like others just want to show off their stuff and don't really want to share how to....
The video gave me confidence to try my own build. We had an infinity mirror when I was a child and it used the old style strand of incandescent mini Christmas lights. I love RGB LED lights and I use them for cove lights and above bookcases. My mother asked me to find a new infinity mirror and I told her about this project and I would try to make one for her. Thank you for sharing this, Muhamed.
Brilliant idea, Love the design & amplified reflection
I just got hired as a manager and designer at a large lighting store (1 or 3 owned by the family) and get a cost plus 10% employee discount. I can get any of the LED stuff cheap. I am going to start the process of gathering materials tomorrow!

Hi, It is very nice and help full ....
Great project. Thank you for taking the time to explain every detail.
Thanks man, you took what I thought would be impossible to make very easy. Infact took your tutorial how to video and made several of these infinity mirrors and was hired by 4 night clubs to create wall size mirrors for them. You are the man.
Holy fuck, that guy has WAY too many shortcuts on his desktop.

indeed, however it doesn't look like he has more then me, his doesn't look to be overlapping, I have so many mine overlap, I dono why I clean it every few months into a folder called "Shortcutts X" where X is the new number lol.. and it fills up again and overlaps hah, so I admire his short cuts ^^

Hello Muhamed, You have given me an idea how to do an experiment in physics that I have been thinking about for some time to see if I can measure in the lab the pull of the earth's gravity on light that is predicted by Einstein's General Theory of Relativity. This effect has been observed by measuring the deflection of light from a star as it passes by our sun but the has never been done in the laboratory as far as I know. If you do a bit of googling you can read up about this famous experiment in physics done many decades ago not too long after Einstein published his theory I think in 1915/1916. I think it was Eddington who did the experiment by traveling abroad from England to where an eclipse was happening. Peter Nolan.(Ph.D., experimental physics). Dublin. Ireland.

Hello Muhamed, My idea is very simple to reflect light back and forth between two mirrors placed say a few hundred meters apart using a high powered pulse laser to see if the light by traveling back and forth between the mirrors parallel to the ground the earth's surface might undergo a deflection due to gravity that could be measured but until I do the numbers using formulae I will not know if this experiment will give a measurable deflection or not. Peter Nolan.(Ph.D., experimental physics). Dublin. Ireland.

Peter Nolan ...Peter Nolan ...Hi, just curious about your experiment. Did you proceed with your idea? I wonder....would your experiment actually work? The reason I ask is that, here on earth at ground level, the pull of gravity would be a constant from the start to the end of the mirrors, and back again, and everywhere in between. I would speculate that the pull would be equal at all points, creating a uniform drag throughout. I wonder if this is measurable? Maybe? Maybe it'd create a solid wall of light as the reflection droops ever so slightly, assuming there is no loss of light. Conversely, a light beam travelling in a straight line, unaffected by gravity, and then passing within the field of a gravitational pull, and then passing back out beyond that field to continue on in a straight line again, IS most likely measureable (observable). Thoughts? I like your idea. I hope you were able to get it going.
amazing build man and thanks for being so thorough! most people leave out little important bit but u got it all!!!
Great project. Well documented, and clearly defined steps, combined with helpful narration. Well done!

Friend please tell me how you get such a deep infinity? Please tell me!!!
@MuhamedRetkoceri
8 жыл бұрын
it depends how strong the lights are and what is the difference of view-able percentage between the reflection side of the one way mirror and the opposite side, i.e. the more you can see from the glass and the higher the reflection on the other side of the glass is, it means that the deeper the reflection illusion will appear. I also think that green lights appear the deepest on the infinity mirror.

Really cool project. Your video is awfully boring though. I think that could be solved by preparing an engaging script and animating your voice. It's the middle of the day and I feel like I'm ready for a nap now.
